”,也可能是“豚の胃袋と家鴨の砂肝の強(qiáng)火炒め”,因此在翻譯前最好向餐廳人員進(jìn)行確認(rèn),以免張冠李戴,出現(xiàn)誤譯情況。此類例子還有很多,例如“チャーハン(炒飯)”、“シュウマイ(燒麥)”、“マーボー豆腐(麻婆豆腐)”、“ワンタン(餛飩,其譯名源自廣東語“云吞”)”、“チャーシュー(叉燒肉)”等。不過,筆者認(rèn)為,隨著中日兩國文化交流的不斷深入,特別是隨著中國飲食文化對(duì)日本人的不斷影響,中國菜名在語義甚至語音方面的可譯性程度會(huì)出現(xiàn)逐步變強(qiáng)的變化過程。三、在文化交流中的可譯性程度的變化從上述分析可知,中國菜在“形”方面有一定的可譯
