【正文】 一個二維條碼控件，通過對組件框里二維條碼控件的選定后， eVB編程窗口的工具箱上就出現(xiàn)了一個二維條碼控件 ScanControl。 雖然條碼控件 ScanControl 擁有很多屬性、方法和事件，但在本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程中，不用對它的每一屬性和方法都進(jìn)行調(diào)用，也不用對它的響應(yīng)事件進(jìn)行一一編程；只需對與系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的某些屬性和方法進(jìn)行調(diào)用，及對與系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的事件進(jìn)行編程即可。參數(shù)： TRUE，正在使用；FALSE，不允許使用 與本系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的 條碼控件 ScanControl 的方法有： ，進(jìn)行掃描。 ，通過調(diào)用該方法，就 可以關(guān)閉掃描器，該方法將在掃描器結(jié)束掃描，用戶退出應(yīng)用子程序時被調(diào)用，用以關(guān)閉掃描器。 通過對 以上的 二維條碼控件 ScanControl 屬性、方法和事件的設(shè)置及調(diào)用，就可以很好地完成系統(tǒng)預(yù)定的目標(biāo)。在應(yīng)用程序的開始，即應(yīng)用界面的Form_Load 程序當(dāng)中，先把 ScanControl 啟動起來。在該事件中首先判斷是否正確讀入條碼信息，如果讀入的信息為空，則掃描的信息出錯，要求重新掃描。 在程序結(jié)束時要記得關(guān)閉掃描器，使得掃描器在程序退出后不再被使用，同時將用來保存條碼信息的字段清空。 系統(tǒng)存在的問題和可能的 改進(jìn)方向 至此，對整個系統(tǒng)的總體構(gòu)架已經(jīng)圓滿完成，對系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)也進(jìn)行了完整的闡述，同時對主要的技術(shù)問題也提出了很好的解決方案，因此，可以說整個系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)大致完成。 但是，并不是每一項(xiàng)器材信息的長度都是相等的，所以在二維條碼所存儲的器材信息中，必定包含很多多余的空格，使得無用信息占用了相當(dāng)大的條碼存儲資源。這樣就可以把數(shù)據(jù)項(xiàng)中的沒用的空格信息去掉，各個數(shù)據(jù)項(xiàng)也可以不受固定長度的限制，即條碼信息的長度是可變的，從而大大減小了條碼信息的 存儲空間。雖然文件在傳送前已經(jīng)經(jīng)過加密程序進(jìn)行加密，接收后再經(jīng)過解密程序進(jìn)行解密，文件里的內(nèi)容具有很好的保密性；但 是在文件的上傳和下載過程中，下載方可以采取匿名的形式進(jìn)行下載，但上傳方的用戶身份對外是公開的，無所謂保密性的問題。 通過系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施，使得開發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)最終能夠投入實(shí)際的應(yīng)用中 。 在現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)高速發(fā)展的條件下，將計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)應(yīng)用到物資器材的管理領(lǐng)域中，將使倉庫管理的效率得到大幅度的提高，同時大大縮減了軍事力量的發(fā)展與倉庫管理之間的距離。 and he made first the Ainur, the Holy Ones, that were the offspring of his thought, and they were with him before aught else was made. And it came to pass that Il 鷙 atar called together all the Ainur and declared to them a mighty theme, unfolding to them things greater and more wonderful than he had yet revealed。從 1999年九月至今的四年時間里，導(dǎo)師不僅在專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)上對我嚴(yán)格要求，給予我孜孜不倦的教誨，而且在思想和生活上給予我朋友般的關(guān)心和幫助。 結(jié) 束 語 為了提高我國的國防科技力量，使我國能夠毅然挺立在當(dāng)今世界形勢的風(fēng)云變幻之中，在軍事力量發(fā)展的同時，更應(yīng)該注重軍需物資器材的現(xiàn)代化管理，使得物資器材的供給能夠得到強(qiáng)有力的保障。對于該問題，從網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的文件傳輸方面來看，為了保證文件在傳輸過程中的穩(wěn)定性，同時又要保證對用戶身份的保密，鑒于這兩方面的考慮，可以通過采用 TCP/IP 協(xié)議來進(jìn)行文件的傳輸。同時，通過運(yùn)用分隔符，將使得器材信息的各個數(shù)據(jù)項(xiàng)不再受到位數(shù)的限制，從而使得將來數(shù)據(jù)項(xiàng)長度的改變不會影響到條碼信息的采集，也使得該應(yīng)用程序具有更強(qiáng)的適應(yīng)性。 綜合技術(shù)上開發(fā)的難度情況和對發(fā)展前景的考慮，對此問題將采用在條碼信息中插入分隔符的方法來解決。對于系統(tǒng)所存在的瑕癖，通過以后對系統(tǒng)的不斷改進(jìn)和維護(hù)，將使得系統(tǒng)日趨完美。 在器材出庫、庫存盤點(diǎn)的應(yīng)用子程序中，當(dāng)要進(jìn)行器材出庫或盤點(diǎn)時，同樣要先打開掃描器，然后將出庫文件或盤庫清單的記錄逐項(xiàng)讀出顯示在屏幕上，然后進(jìn)行對器材條碼的掃描，每掃描一個器材條碼，就與屏幕上顯示的器材信息進(jìn)行比較，條碼信息與屏幕上顯示的相符時，才能進(jìn)行數(shù)量的錄入。由于條碼內(nèi)的數(shù)據(jù)是以字符的形式保存的，所以，對于非字符型 的數(shù)據(jù)要進(jìn)行格式轉(zhuǎn)換。 Option Explicit Dim strTemp Private Sub Form_Load() End Sub 當(dāng)條碼掃描器掃完條碼后，有數(shù)據(jù)傳入時，會引發(fā)條碼控件的 ScanComplete事件。 用二維條碼采集、保存信息的技術(shù)問題 整個程序設(shè)計(jì)都是圍繞著采集器材上二維條碼的數(shù)據(jù)信息來進(jìn)行的，二維條碼內(nèi)的數(shù)據(jù)是以固定長 度得字符串形式保存的，且各個數(shù)據(jù)項(xiàng)在字符串內(nèi)擁有固定的位數(shù)和位置。ScanComplete 事件擁有三個參數(shù)： BstrBarcode：條碼中存儲的字符串信息 BstrSource：數(shù)據(jù)信息來源 LStatus：數(shù)據(jù)信息的使用級別 LLabelType：掃描器標(biāo)簽的類型 對該事件進(jìn)行編程、設(shè)計(jì)掃描器對條碼掃描的響應(yīng)，設(shè)定掃描器讀入條碼信息后對條碼信息的篩選規(guī)則，設(shè)計(jì)對器材的各項(xiàng)信息的截取和顯示方式，從 而完成對二維條碼信息的讀入、顯示和保存功能的設(shè)定。應(yīng)用程序只有在掃描器打開的情況下，才能調(diào)用掃描器進(jìn)行掃描。具有兩個參數(shù)： True，可用； False，不可用 PDF417 碼的可讀性。 條碼控件 ScanControl 擁有很多屬性、方法和事件。所以在程序設(shè)計(jì)的起初，并沒有控件能夠直接響應(yīng)二維條碼掃描器的掃描事件，也就是無法通過應(yīng)用程序來實(shí)現(xiàn)對二維條碼掃描器的調(diào)用。之所以選擇 eVB 作為本系統(tǒng)的編程語言，是因?yàn)?eVB 具有 Visual Basic 的基本功能，是專門用于設(shè)計(jì) PDA 應(yīng)用程序的語言， eVB 還可以用很簡潔的程序代碼說明復(fù)雜的程序運(yùn)行原理，同時它還支持很多平臺（如 PalmSize PC、 HandheldPC/Pro、PocketPC、 PocketPC2020 及 HandheldPC2020 等）。也就是說不會發(fā)生在維護(hù)時牽一發(fā)而動全身 的連鎖反應(yīng)。 3． 規(guī)范性 規(guī)范性即系統(tǒng)的劃分、書寫的格式、變量的命名等都按統(tǒng)一規(guī)范，這對于今后程序的閱讀、修改和維護(hù)都是十分必要的。 2． 實(shí)用性 實(shí)用性是指從用戶的角度來審查系統(tǒng)的各個部分都非常方便實(shí)用。 1． 可靠性 系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的可靠性是十分重要的，在任何時候都是衡量系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量的首要指標(biāo)。 在整個應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的輸入設(shè)計(jì)中，主要的輸入都是靠條碼 掃描器對二維條碼的掃描來進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的錄入、整理和校驗(yàn)，涉及到保管員的手工錄入的只有很少一部分工作量，從而減少了出錯的機(jī)率，大大提高了倉庫管理的效率。 盤庫時，通過讀取器材上的二維條碼， 并在盤庫清單中找到該器材的信息，圖 出庫管理界面設(shè)計(jì)圖 再將該器材的器材編碼、器材名稱、器材規(guī)格、理論庫存數(shù)量和器材縮略圖等信息顯示在盤庫管理的應(yīng)用界面上，這些信息都是只讀的，是不允許修改的。 每掃描一種庫存器材時，就將掃描到的器材信息，在盤庫清單上查找與之相同的器材信息，并將此器材信息顯示在盤庫管理的應(yīng)用界面上。 出庫管理界面的設(shè)計(jì)如圖 4． 3所示。 當(dāng)掃描的器材信息與計(jì)劃出庫的器材信息相一致時，出庫管理界面上的實(shí)際
