Breeding of kelp iodine content generally 35% to710% .The extraction of iodine and alginic acid, widely used in medicine, food and chemical industry. Iodine is one of the essential elements of the human body, can suffer from iodine deficiency goiter, eat seaweed can prevent and cure the disease, but also the prevention of arteriosclerosis, lowering cholesterol and lipid accumulation. The salted kelp after desalting, diced, centrifugal dewatering treatment, the tunnel oven drying, and then by flavoring packaging, can get a set of natural, nutrition, delicious, safe in one short dry kelp products. The plant design established production processes and parameters, developed the production program, calculated the material balance and water, electricity, steam balance, checked and ratified the staff, pleted the selection of equipment and the establishment of the enterprise management anizational framework, arranged the annual production plan, finally drew the production process flow diagram, floor chart of workshop, entire factory horizontal chart and main equipment drawing in accordance with infrastructure design and the design procedures. The design in accordance with production tasks did the corresponding design of supporting facilities, including materials library design, cold storage design, semifinished library design, finished product warehouse design, warehouse design, refrigeration plant design, supply and distribution design and the central laboratory design, boiler room design and coal yard layout; in the end, drainage works and environmental works were designed. Key words: Net belt type drying machine。 equipment selection design 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 3 第一章 緒論 概述 海藻又稱(chēng)海洋蔬菜,其營(yíng)養(yǎng)豐富又具有保健作用,被稱(chēng)譽(yù)為“長(zhǎng)壽菜”,現(xiàn)已知的有近百種海洋蔬菜可供人類(lèi)食用,如海藻中的紫菜、海帶、龍須菜、裙帶菜等。深入分析海藻的營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分,研究有效成分的提取工藝對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)海藻類(lèi)天然產(chǎn)品保健品,發(fā)掘新的藥用成分以及海藻的高值化利用具有重要意義。它們的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纖維及總糖含量分別為 122205, , 18122, 359671g/kg;它們的不飽和脂肪酸含量豐富,約占脂肪酸含量的 55% 67%;孔石莼與海蘿具有較高的氨基酸含量;測(cè)定 13 種海藻的礦物質(zhì)微量元素和維生素,結(jié)果表明:這些海藻含有豐富的氨基酸及不飽和脂肪酸,富含有人體必需的礦物質(zhì)、微量元素及維生素,為海藻食品的開(kāi)發(fā)提供了營(yíng)養(yǎng) 評(píng)價(jià)的參考依據(jù)。礦物質(zhì)中鐵鋅含量豐富,介于 ,銅砷和鎳含量超標(biāo)。 有效成分提取工藝 目前國(guó)內(nèi)外都很重視海藻的研究,越來(lái)越多的提純新工藝被開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用,為海藻提取物的進(jìn)一步深加工提供前提條件。 海藻多糖 傳統(tǒng)海藻粗多糖提取方法主要有水提、酸提和堿提。結(jié)論可知,海藻粗多糖的最佳提取工藝為: 12 倍水量,在本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 5 80 條件下提取 3 次,每次 1h。 海藻油 海藻油中含有大量不飽和脂肪酸,尤其是含有人體必需的 EPA、 DHA,因而日益受到人們的廣泛關(guān)注;目前,利用藻類(lèi)生產(chǎn) EPA 和 DHA 的方法有低溫結(jié)晶法、分子蒸餾法、超聲波萃取法等。與藻泥直接提取及冷凍干燥后提取相比,提取效率高,且差異極顯著。下萊茵應(yīng)用科學(xué)大學(xué)(德國(guó))的 B Mahltig 和 GMBU 公司(德國(guó))的 U Soltman 合作,利用溶膠、凝膠涂料可以把微海藻和碾碎的海藻固定在纖維和織物上,通過(guò)該方法將海藻的生物功能性固定在織物上,并得到生物功能化的織物,用于生物反應(yīng)器、水處理和抗微生物功能織物 領(lǐng)域,應(yīng)用前景極佳。目前,研究仍處于初級(jí)階段,研究人員正通過(guò)單個(gè)海藻細(xì)胞證明是否能獲取 大量的電子,這是潛在的最清潔的能量生成來(lái)源之一,聚集電子發(fā)電的效率也將大大超越燃燒生物燃料所生成的能量,與太陽(yáng)能電池的發(fā)電效率相當(dāng),并有望在理論上達(dá)到 100 的能量生成效率,但這一方式在經(jīng)濟(jì)上是否合算,還需要進(jìn)一步的探尋。 根據(jù)國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)部公布的 20xx 年統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)字,我國(guó)養(yǎng)殖面積己達(dá)24127 公頃,產(chǎn)量 830410 噸 , 占世界海藻栽培總產(chǎn)量 的 1/2 以 上, 產(chǎn) 量 占世 界市場(chǎng)的 80% , 規(guī)模量連續(xù)多年位居世界 第一。石塊的大小依據(jù)風(fēng)浪大小而定。
