使館工程項目規(guī)劃設(shè)計至工程開工的工作程序(文件)
【正文】 ualified Designer (Compiled A3(horizontally) and A4(vertically)). The general plan shall be blue print based on the existing geographic map. Scale shall be 1/500 for independent building and 1/1000 for residential, with all technical data indicated. One copy each of the plan for each level, elevation of each direction, section for the key points. (Provided by the Designer through the Embassy). （5）、 依法需要進行環(huán)境影響評價的建設(shè)項目，需持經(jīng)相應(yīng)環(huán)保部門批準(zhǔn)的環(huán)境影響評價文件；[服務(wù)局辦理]Construction project needs to be evaluated according to law for the influence to environment, should have the evaluation document approved by the concerned Environment Protection Department. (Engaged by DSB)（6）、 消防主管部門對規(guī)劃設(shè)計方案的審查決定。[服務(wù)局辦理]Certificate of the Archives Registration of the Project (Engaged by DSB)（12）、 其他法律、法規(guī)、規(guī)章規(guī)定的相關(guān)要求。Fees: Service Fee of Tendering transaction, Stamp Duty of Contract. (All to be paid by the Embassy)1 由外服局至北京市工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督總站（以下簡稱質(zhì)監(jiān)總站）辦理該工程的報監(jiān)手續(xù)。DSB shall undertake the examination procedures of the Geological Survey Report and the Construction Drawings of the Project. (The Designer shall provide all the required drawings and data to be examined through the Embassy. Part of the materials shall be provided by DSB. The Embassy shall pay for the examination fees.) 由外服局至質(zhì)量監(jiān)督部門辦理該工程的質(zhì)量、安全監(jiān)督手續(xù)[承包商提供報審所需的資料]DSB shall go to the Quality Control Department for quality and safety supervision procedures. (The Contractor shall provided all the materials required for application.)2 建筑施工企業(yè)辦理施工人員意外傷害保險，并將保險憑證提供給服務(wù)局。The Contractor shall mence the construction after the Construction Permit gained.注：如遇有關(guān)部門審批程序調(diào)整，以上工作程序可能發(fā)生變化。DSB shall, with all the abovementioned approvals, go to BURCC to apply for the Construction Permit for the Project. (hereinafter referred to as CPP)2 由外服局至各市政部門辦理手續(xù)，使館則向外服局提供報批所需的圖紙和文件等資料（各市政部門接用手續(xù)包括：上水、雨水、污水、天然氣、城市熱力、電話通信、衛(wèi)星電視和城市電力等的報裝登記手續(xù)）[根據(jù)不同情況由外服局、使館或承包商分繳不同項目的技術(shù)服務(wù)費、施工管理費等]。DSB shall go to Beijing Yaoyang Statistic Bureau for statistic registration of the Project.1 由外服局代使館辦理新型墻體材料專項基金和散裝水泥專項資金的繳費手續(xù)[使館繳納此兩筆費用]。DSB shall go to collect the Application Form for Construction Permit of the Project from BURCC.1 依據(jù)工程施工招標(biāo)投標(biāo)管理辦法（以下簡稱招投標(biāo)管理辦法），由外服局代使館至北京市招標(biāo)投標(biāo)管理辦公室（以下簡稱市標(biāo)辦）申請辦理招投標(biāo)手續(xù):In accordance with the Tendering Administrative Method of Project Construction (hereinafter referred to as TAM), DSB shall, on behalf of the Embassy, apply for the tendering process from Beijing Tendering Administrative Office (hereinafter referred to as BTAO). 使館可以委托一家有資質(zhì)的中國招標(biāo)代理公司[使館繳納招標(biāo)代理服務(wù)費]；The Embassy may entrust a qualified Chinese Tendering Agency.(The Embassy shall pay for the service fee of tendering.) 使館通過招標(biāo)方式確定工程承包商；The Embassy shall determine the Contractor through tendering.
