Methods A total of 100 infertility patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 50 cases in each group. The control group received laparoscopic surgery for treatment， and the observation group received hysteroscopy and laparoscopy bined surgery for treatment. Treatment effect was pared in two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher uterine pregnancy as 66% than 44% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （χ2=， P）.
