【正文】 再外加 250mm，其余按面積計(jì)算的同清單，按體積計(jì)算的再乘以厚度）計(jì)算。其他梁：基礎(chǔ)梁和圈梁應(yīng)單獨(dú)計(jì)算。屋面設(shè)置女兒墻。本工程地面以下是磚墻，177。本工程柱為框架柱，在填充墻交接時(shí)角部設(shè)有構(gòu)造柱，墻長(zhǎng)大于 5m 時(shí)墻頂與梁宜有墻長(zhǎng)超過(guò)層高 2 倍時(shí)，設(shè)置構(gòu)造柱。2）基礎(chǔ)部分。成品倉(cāng)庫(kù)樓項(xiàng)目采用槽坑開(kāi)挖，支擋土板。施工裂縫分析的是從建筑施工中裂縫產(chǎn)生的主要原因和幾種常見(jiàn)裂縫的預(yù)防措施兩方面來(lái)研究的。工程量計(jì)算規(guī)則按照清單工程量的計(jì)算規(guī)則計(jì)算。本次設(shè)計(jì)能實(shí)現(xiàn)理論與實(shí)踐的有機(jī)結(jié)合，可以進(jìn)一步鞏固和整合所學(xué)專業(yè)3 / 28知識(shí)，提高我們的自主創(chuàng)新能力。因此，清單計(jì)價(jià)成為國(guó)外主要的報(bào)價(jià)方式。同時(shí)我國(guó)清單計(jì)價(jià)模式才干剛起步，也暴露出了很多矛盾與不足：2 / 281)建筑企業(yè)沒(méi)有形成自己的定額，缺乏自主報(bào)價(jià)的能力2)缺乏與工程量清單計(jì)價(jià)模式相配套的工程管理制度3)工程量清單編制責(zé)任不明確4)不嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行基建程序的現(xiàn)象依然存在，工程量清單質(zhì)量參差不齊5）一些市場(chǎng)主體對(duì)推行工程量清單持不積極態(tài)度，對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)單位來(lái)說(shuō)，推行工程量清單計(jì)價(jià)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量和設(shè)計(jì)工期提出了更高的要求，清單的編制有時(shí)也得由設(shè)計(jì)單位來(lái)完成，加大了設(shè)計(jì)單位的壓力和工作量。每年都有很多工程因此停工或出現(xiàn)安全事故。采用工程量清單計(jì)價(jià)模式，投標(biāo)企業(yè)就能更好的考慮其自身的實(shí)際情況，包括自身的生產(chǎn)能力，消耗水平以及管理技術(shù)，結(jié)合計(jì)價(jià)規(guī)范來(lái)投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)。 another part is the text part, namely the design specification, including the detailed list quoted price, engineering quantity list quotation strategy research and construction crack causes and prevention measure analysis.Engineering calculation includes: building engineering quantity calculation and decoration engineering quantity calculation.Cost of the project include: project amount list (., partial project cost ), of measures to the list of items (., measures the project cost ), other items on the list IV / 28(that is, other items ), fees, taxes, posed of five parts, as a way of determining engineering bidding price.Text section includes : bidding control and strategy research and construction cracks causes and preventive measures Contractor shall want at the lowest possible price, NRL, requires strict examination of engineering quantity, using some control techniques and strategy of control of price bidding.
