【正文】 圖片及對(duì)該紋理/質(zhì)地的描述不一定都適用于所有的IC芯片，但是大部分的IC芯片都具備這種紋理/質(zhì)地。從圖中可以明顯看出，模腔的一大半部分都被“瀝青”涂料填充，至于看到的那些像是有“紋理/質(zhì)地”的字母，極可能是涂敷上了“瀝青”涂料的緣故。若模腔內(nèi)的收尾很平滑，模腔外的其它表面有著構(gòu)造鋒銳色彩黯淡的紋理/質(zhì)地，這倒是一種很正常的現(xiàn)象。若是含有細(xì)玻璃和塑料的紋理/質(zhì)地，色澤不可能像圖中那樣。Often if you look at the edge of the parts you can see the change in texture from the blacktopping. See how the top of the part is shiny and the bottom has a duller finish. Don’t forget these parts are made in a mold. And these molds are not designed to put a beautiful shiny finish on the top so they can sell their good looks. The texture should not change halfway on a section of the part. This picture is a great example of an original vs. the fake finish. If they do a really good job and there are no flaws it makes it very difficult to detect, but you can usually find a few flaws, as detailed throughout this document, since all of this work is done by hand. You can see some light sanding marks, but this looks more like an original surface of a legitimate part. 用丙酮清洗之后右圖為用丙酮清洗后的同一IC芯片。生產(chǎn)中對(duì)IC芯片的商標(biāo)也要求的很嚴(yán)格，商標(biāo)不能因芯片而異。在左圖的這個(gè)IC芯片上，標(biāo)志的左邊部分缺失。經(jīng)與廠商確認(rèn)，在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，這種做法是不可能被接受的。廠商告訴我們，在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，堅(jiān)決不容許發(fā)生這種錯(cuò)誤。The marking on this part was very crisp and clear. The leads looked a little used, but the markings looked straight out of the manufacturer. The surfaces looked legitimate so the only other visual check we could perform was marking permanency. We used MILSTD883 standard 3 parts mineral spirits and one part alcohol and the part number wiped right off. 右圖的這個(gè)IC芯片的標(biāo)志非常清晰，雖然管腳看起來(lái)有點(diǎn)舊，但是從標(biāo)志上，我們可以判斷該芯片出自于原廠商。The markings wiped off of this part easily also. One thing to note about Maxim, in particular, is that they have not marked their parts with paint since at least before 2002. They only etch their parts. In this case that did not help us because the parts were made in 2000, but if you receive a Maxim part painted that has a date code newer than 2002 you have a counterfeit. 左圖IC芯片的標(biāo)志也很容易被擦洗掉。ConclusionAfter reading this document in it’s entirety you will have a much better chance of detecting counterfeit electronic ponents.
