【正文】 鼎盛環(huán)保設備生產(chǎn)車間設計 ─────結(jié)構(gòu)部分第一章 方案選擇 材料的選擇材料選擇根據(jù)《門式剛架輕型房屋結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》CECS102:2022 中的相關規(guī)定選取,由于本廠房是輕型門式剛架結(jié)構(gòu),本身自重較輕且吊車噸位較小,鋼架承受荷載也較小,所以廠房梁、柱、檁條等結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件可選用 Q235 鋼,又由于廠房對材料的沖擊韌性無特殊要求,所以質(zhì)量等級可以選用 B 級,且廠房對鋼材無特殊要求,為了節(jié)省造價,可采用沸騰鋼,因此,長房梁、柱、檁條、吊車梁、壓型鋼板等結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件均可選用 Q235B 鋼材。 屋頂構(gòu)造本廠房屋面采用壓型鋼板有檁體系,即在鋼架斜梁上放置 C 型冷軋薄壁鋼檁條,再鋪設壓型鋼板屋面。為節(jié)約能源,不使外圍護結(jié)構(gòu)流失的熱量過多,外墻,屋面應采取保溫措施。壓型鋼板采用保溫復合式壓型鋼板,板外側(cè)采用 YX35—175—65 型鋼板,內(nèi)板采用平板式鋼板。邊跨內(nèi)天溝做法示意圖 廠房立面設計廠房立面利用矩形窗,墻體勒腳等水平構(gòu)件及其色彩變化形成立面劃分形狀,使立面簡潔大方,具有開朗,明快的效果。?則窗地比為 1/4故滿足采光要求。為滿足采光要求,在兩山墻上設置高側(cè)窗,窗邊距山墻邊緣 1550mm。本廠房擬采用雙側(cè)采光,因此窗地面積比為 / 應大于 1/4。所以廠房頂部標高=+。2.縱向定位軸線對于抗風柱的設置,考慮到跨度為 21m,柱距為 ,盡量使抗風柱間 第 19 頁距與柱距相近,所以 7m 設置抗風柱。為便于機械化生產(chǎn),減少造價,所以柱距選擇 。關鍵詞:輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu),門式剛架,建筑設計,結(jié)構(gòu)設計,基礎設計 第 12 頁AbstractThe design for the light steel structure plant, the use of light portal frame system, the construction of light steel structure light weight, high strength, largespan, steel structure construction period short, lower investment costs, economic benefits.
