D. 制造工廠的品質(zhì)及數(shù)量、重量證明書。（如本合同為 31 CFR價(jià)格條件時(shí)，需要此項(xiàng)證明書，如本合同 為 FOB價(jià)格條件時(shí)，則不需此項(xiàng)證明書。并同時(shí)通知買方在裝港的船代理。如買方因故需要變更船只或更改船期時(shí)，買方或船舶代 理人應(yīng)及時(shí)通知賣方。 34 In the event of the Sellers? failure in effecting shipment upon arrival of the vessel at the loading port, all losses, including dead freight, demurrage fines etc. thus incurred shall be for Sellers? account. If the vessel fails to arrive at the loading port within the laydays. previously declared by the shipping agent, the storage charges and insurance premium from the 16th day after expiration of the free storage time at the port shall be borne by the Buyers. However, the Sellers shall be still under the obligation to load the goods on board the carrying vessel immediately after her arrival at the loading port, at their own expenses and risks. The expenses and losses mentioned above shall be reimbursed against original receipts or invoices. B． 成本加運(yùn)費(fèi)價(jià)條款 Terms of CFR Delivery： 賣方負(fù)責(zé)將本合同所列貨物由裝運(yùn)口岸裝直達(dá)班輪到目的口岸，中途不得轉(zhuǎn)船。如賣方未能按此辦理，買方因而遭受的一切損失全由賣方負(fù)擔(dān)。 Inspection and Claim： The Buyers shall have the right to apply to the General Administration of Quanlity Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People?s Republic of China (AQSIQ) for inspection after discharge of the goods at the port of destination. Should the quality and/or quantity/weight be found not in conformity with the contract or invoice the Buyers shall be entitled to lodge claims with the Sellers on the basis of AQSIQ ?s Survey Report, within 90 days after discharge of the goods at the port of destination , with the e。如發(fā)現(xiàn)貨物的品質(zhì)及 /或數(shù)量 /重量與合同或發(fā)票不符：除屬于保險(xiǎn)公司及 /或船公司的責(zé)任外，買方有權(quán)在貨卸目的口岸后 90天內(nèi)， 36 根據(jù)中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局出具的證明書向賣方提出索賠，因索賠所 發(fā)生的一切費(fèi)用（包括檢驗(yàn)費(fèi)用）均有賣方負(fù)擔(dān)。 The Sellers undertake to ship the contracted goods from the port of loading to the port of destination on adirect liner, with no transhipment allowed. The contracte goods shall not be carried by a vessel flying the flag of the countries which the Buyers can not accept. 35 （ 11）裝運(yùn)通知：賣方在貨物裝船后，立即將合同號(hào)、品名、件數(shù)、毛重、凈重、發(fā)票金額、載貨船名及 裝船日期以電報(bào)通知買方。如船只不能于船舶代理人所確定的受載期內(nèi)到達(dá)，在港口免費(fèi)堆存期滿后 第 16 天起發(fā)生的倉庫租費(fèi)，保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)由買方負(fù)擔(dān)，但賣方仍負(fù)有載貨船只到達(dá)裝運(yùn)口岸后立即將貨物裝船之 義務(wù)并負(fù)擔(dān)費(fèi)用及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 The Sellers shall advise the Buyers by cable, and simultaneously advise the Buyers? shipping agent at the loading port, 30 days before the contracted time of shipment, of the contract number, name of modity, quantity, loading port and expected date of arrival of the goods at the loading port, enabling the Buyers to arrange for shipping space. Absence of such advice within the time specified above shall be considered as Sellers? readiness to deliver the goods during the time of shipment contracted and the Buyers shall arrange for shipping space 33 accordingly. c) 買方應(yīng)在船只受載期 12天前將船名、預(yù)計(jì)受載日期、裝載數(shù)量、合同號(hào)碼、船舶代理人，以電報(bào)通知 賣方。賣方 負(fù)擔(dān)貨物的一切費(fèi)用風(fēng) 險(xiǎn)到貨物裝到船面為止。 Quality Certificat
