Adjustment payment thus calculated shall be made in subsequent shipment. There shall be no adjustment in payment if the difference is less than or equal to 100 kcal/kg. PRICE 價(jià)格 The base price (CIF basis) for the initial three months shipments (total 500,000 tons +/10%) shall be $ USD (niy four United States Dollars) per metric ton, CIF safe sea port as mutually and agreed to in this contract. Buyer shall send a bank’s draft L/C for the first shipment to Seller within 7 bank working days after the seller signing the contract with the buyer. Within 7 bank working days after receiving the draft L/C permitted by the Seller’s bank, seller shall send an irrevocable nonoperative performance bond, for 2% of the L/C value of the first shipment to buyer which has ８ to be activated by the Buyer’s irrevocable Letter of Credit within 7 days. If the seller fails to carry out the contract, the performance bond will be forfeited to the buyer.
