Safety training 進場安全培訓(xùn) 1. Welding 進行焊接作 業(yè)時，必須提前申請辦理“ 焊接工作動火作業(yè)許可證 ”工作時要注意以下幾方面： (1)、檢查焊機是否處于良好的工作狀態(tài)，焊機的所有外露帶電部分，必須有完好的隔離防護裝置，焊機的接線柱、極板和接線端應(yīng)有防護罩，電源線、焊把線、地線接頭處不能有裸露現(xiàn)象，電焊機必須安設(shè)保護性接地。 Apply for Excavation Work Permit before starting work. Establish barricade around excavation area by steel pipes. Set up specific ladders and night signal signs. 4. Keep distance away from the pit edges while piling up soil and material or shifting construction machines. When the soil condition is good, the distance to pit edge should be longer than and piling height lower than . 5. Dewater before excavation in case that the surface or construction water permeates into pit or erode the slope. 6. Be ware of any change along slope while work. Make a stable retaining wall or adjust slope in case partial collapse or crack found. 7. No other work interferes within the excavation radius. 8. After excavation, carry out work and backfill quickly. 六、吊裝作業(yè) VI Rigging work 倒鏈的使用 16 1. Chain block usage 對于某些不能使用吊車的簡單起吊作業(yè)可以使用倒鏈進行作業(yè)。 (1) Fix main distribution box close to power source and install branch box adjacent to aggregated area of electric facilities or power loads. (2) Distribution box should be waterproof /dust proof and lockable as well. (3) Equipment inside must be intact. Never use broken and unqualified facilities. Set up and apply air breaker and GFCI as directed. (4) Distribution box must be equipped with earth wire. One electric unit is matched with one brake. And one brake for two or more unit is prohibited. 18 (5) Keep monthly inspection and maintenance of all distribution boxes by qualified electrical technicians. 臨時線 Temporary wire 施工現(xiàn)場所使用的臨時線纜必須完好，不能有破皮、裸露現(xiàn)象，所有線纜必須架空，架空高度 2米以上。使用這兩種空壓機時， 必須由經(jīng)過專業(yè)培訓(xùn)的人員來操作。 (1) Operator should have specific license. (2) Concrete transporter is in good condition. (3) Do not run too fast. (4) Try to use it in daylight. If at night, turn on lights. 運輸車輛 6. Transportation vehicles (1)、操作人員必須持證上崗； (2)、車輛必須完好，必須有倒車裝置； (3)、場內(nèi)行駛速度不能超過每小時 10 公里； (4)、裝運物品時不能超寬、超高。 Conduct accident investigation and analysis within 24 hours of occurrence.
