【正文】 the works manufacturing. This project is going to analysis the structure of the work and the requirements of the manufacturing process and the multiple work location. In this paper we will design the fixture with the exploring of the work. With the different clamping plan, we will select the best. Under the approach of the manufacturing of aperture, the calculation of the clamping force and the error of the location, it can be selected the most reasonable and felicity fixture. In order to guarantee the definition of the manufactured work, the correct location of the manufacturing process ,the enough clamping force to prevent the displacement of the work and the minimum deformation of the work. 在機(jī)床上加工工件時(shí),為了保證工件在該工序所加工的表面能達(dá)到圖紙上規(guī)定的尺寸及位置精度等技術(shù)要求,必須使得工件相對(duì)于刀具和機(jī)床占有正確的加工位置(即工件的定位),并把工件 壓緊夾牢,以便在加工過(guò)程中,工件受到切削力、離心力的作用及沖擊、振動(dòng)等影響時(shí),能保持這個(gè)確定了的位置穩(wěn)定不變(即工件的夾緊)。河南工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 1 多工位夾具設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 本論文主要研究的是不規(guī)則零件在現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)中的廣泛應(yīng)用,那么保證此類(lèi)零件的加工精度就顯得尤為重要。在機(jī)床上對(duì)工件進(jìn)行定位和夾緊,稱(chēng)做裝夾。它由專(zhuān)業(yè)廠生產(chǎn)供應(yīng),有的已作為機(jī)床附件與通用機(jī)床配套,這類(lèi)夾具主要用于單件小批生產(chǎn)。但這類(lèi)夾具的針對(duì)性很強(qiáng),當(dāng)交換產(chǎn)品或工藝時(shí),一般都因無(wú)法使用而“報(bào)廢”。這類(lèi)夾具又可分為通用可調(diào)和專(zhuān)用可調(diào)甲具兩類(lèi)。自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)用夾具,主要
