塔頂采用全凝器,進(jìn)料液用釜液預(yù)熱。相比之下:篩板塔具有容易堵塞,漏液量較大和操作彈性小的缺點(diǎn);但它結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)便、操作容易、生產(chǎn)能力大、壓降小又經(jīng)濟(jì)的優(yōu)點(diǎn);故在生產(chǎn)尤其是中試裝置中應(yīng) 用頗多。
