Conference management system about the topic contains five major ponents :information of conference manage arrange,conference management,user management,conference inquire and landing log manager can manage all information of users and add,modify,delete ,system manager also issue ,modify or delete the plenary session ,and arrange the conference held which user will Inquire .Department managers own the petence equivalent to system manager in the department. They can add,modify,delete the conference arrange of themselves department and arrange the conference held of themselves employee inquiries plenary session of system issuing and department conference of department manager issuing .For conferences held,ordinary employee can inquiries according to conference name or conference facilitate using of ordinary employee and make manage system satisfies basically the enterprise or business39。用戶界面簡(jiǎn)潔，（系統(tǒng)、部門(mén)）管理員可以通過(guò)控制面板進(jìn)行相關(guān)操作。普通員工則具有對(duì)于由系統(tǒng)管理發(fā)布的全體會(huì)議和部門(mén)管理發(fā)布的本部門(mén)會(huì)議安排進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)查詢。對(duì)于企業(yè)實(shí)行信息化管理和現(xiàn)代化工作方式有著非常重要的意義。 基于 ASP 的會(huì)議管理系統(tǒng) 摘要 當(dāng)今社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展，企事業(yè)單位工作信息量日益增大，日常會(huì)議繁多。 本課題開(kāi)發(fā)的會(huì)議管理系統(tǒng)包含會(huì)議信息安排，會(huì)議管理，用戶管理，會(huì)議查詢和登陸日志查詢五大部分。對(duì)于以往召開(kāi)過(guò)的會(huì)議，也可以通過(guò)該系統(tǒng)按照會(huì)議名稱或者會(huì)議內(nèi)容的方式進(jìn)行查詢。此外，系統(tǒng)還增設(shè)了登陸日志查詢的功能，這樣可以讓用戶對(duì)近期 的非法登陸一目了然，加強(qiáng)了系統(tǒng)的安全性。demand about conference interface is succinct,(system,department) managers can operate by control face ,system increase to set up a function of inquiring landing log,which make user clear at the Registers illegally ,strengthen the system safety.
