【正文】 , images and other information and television, video signal. The LED industry has bee a fastdeveloping emerging industries, a huge market space and foreground capacious. With the rapid development of information industry, the LED display as an important means of information transmission, has been widely used in indoor and outdoor needs the service content and purpose of publicity of public places. Obviously, the LED has bee an important symbol of the city lighting, modern and information society. The design of the LED display is mainly posed by the main control module, LED dot matrix screen module, keyboard module, DS1302 clock module, DS18B20 temperature modules, infrared remote control module. The line scan using the 74HC154 decoder, the column scan using the 74HC595 shift register and the highcurrent transistor SS8550 as a driving element. This article use the STC12C series of highspeed microcontroller as the main controller module, bined with simple external ponents to drive the LED dot matrix screen, to display the contents of the text, time, temperature, etc. Through the software programming can realize showing the contents of the diversification. It is widely used in hospitals, airports, banks, railway stations and other public places, and highly practical. This article details display principle of LED display screen and working procedures, circuit design, software and hardware debug and parameter calculation method. It can realize the Chinese characters move up and down the left and right sides, six kinds of display mode can also achieve display temperature, calendar and infrared control etc. Function.
