From 1990s, more and more attention has been paid to Active Power Factor Correction. The thesis analyzes the issue of electronic ballast’s power factor correction. It lays stress on discussing the necessary circuit configuration of the Highperformance electronic ballast system and the basic theory of Active Power Factor Correction. A power factor correction controller, MC34262 is introduced and it is an active high power factor electronic ballast. The thesis illustrates how the ballast circuit constructed, the main features of MC34262, the detailed circuit principle diagram and the main ponent selection. 交流電子鎮(zhèn)流器具有體積小、重量輕、啟動(dòng)電壓低、無噪聲、無閃爍、效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn) , 適應(yīng)了目前中國(guó)市場(chǎng)上的節(jié)能和環(huán)保兩大潮流 , 發(fā)展勢(shì)頭強(qiáng)勁。為了使輸入電流諧波滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求 , 在不增加太多成本的前提下,必須考慮如何進(jìn)行功率因數(shù)校正。隨后一些公司相繼推出集成電子鎮(zhèn)流器, 89 年芬蘭赫爾瓦利公司又成功推出可調(diào)光單片集成電路電子鎮(zhèn)流器,電子鎮(zhèn)流器在全世界特別是發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家已全國(guó)推廣應(yīng)用。而且低電壓?jiǎn)?dòng)性能差,耗能大、笨重、頻閃等缺點(diǎn),所以正逐漸為電子鎮(zhèn)流器取代。 65。 電子鎮(zhèn)流器基本介紹 電子鎮(zhèn)流器的組成 如圖 12 所示。同時(shí)也可以防止來自電網(wǎng)的干擾侵入的電子鎮(zhèn)流器。高頻變換部分的核心是功率開關(guān)元件。高頻電子整流器的輸出級(jí)電路通常采用 LC 串聯(lián)的諧振網(wǎng)絡(luò)。有的從鎮(zhèn)流器輸出到 DC/AC 逆變電路引入反饋網(wǎng)絡(luò),通過控制電路以保證與高頻產(chǎn)生器同步變化。事實(shí) 上,影響熒光燈光效的許多因素是由設(shè)計(jì)者和制造者決定的,用戶無法控制。 ② 自身功耗低。對(duì)于雙管 58W、 1500mm飛利浦出品的節(jié)能型熒光燈,當(dāng)采用電感鎮(zhèn)流器時(shí),則需要 2 只,每只鎮(zhèn)流器功耗達(dá) 13w,兩只則為 26W 但若采用電子鎮(zhèn)流器,只需要一個(gè)則可驅(qū)動(dòng)與控制 2 支燈,鎮(zhèn)流器功耗僅約 8W 毫無疑問,雙管及雙管以上熒光燈采用電子鎮(zhèn)流器后,節(jié)電效果更加明顯。大家知道,熒光燈采用電感鎮(zhèn)流 器,功率因數(shù)一般僅為 -。在工頻條件下使用的電感式鎮(zhèn)流器,大而笨重,要消耗掉大量的鋼材和銅材,而且會(huì)使燈產(chǎn)生頻閃效應(yīng),還會(huì)發(fā)出令人煩惱的蜂音。電感鎮(zhèn)流器在電網(wǎng)電壓降低到 190V以下時(shí),不能將燈啟動(dòng)。本課題的 設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容 包括 :( 1)電子鎮(zhèn)流器整流濾波電路的設(shè)計(jì);( 2)功率因數(shù)校正的電路設(shè)計(jì);( 3)電子鎮(zhèn)流器高頻振蕩電路的設(shè)計(jì);( 4)保護(hù)電路設(shè)計(jì);( 5)其它輔助保護(hù)功能等設(shè)計(jì)。這一比普通熒光燈高數(shù)倍的啟動(dòng)電壓,一般是通過觸發(fā)啟動(dòng)電 路的升壓變壓器獲得。但若燈電流偏小,則會(huì)影響燈光
