客戶服務(wù)、超前創(chuàng)新、積極主動(dòng)、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作;三是成果性指標(biāo),著重的是團(tuán)隊(duì)或員工完成的工作,如工作時(shí)間、任務(wù)完成量、銷售額等,行為目標(biāo)支撐結(jié)果目標(biāo)。企業(yè)的一切行為和活動(dòng),都應(yīng)以戰(zhàn)略和目標(biāo)為出發(fā)點(diǎn)和歸宿點(diǎn),績(jī)效考核制度也應(yīng)如此。每年年底,員工的考評(píng)也像公務(wù)員一樣,從德、能、勤、技四個(gè)方面評(píng)出優(yōu)秀、稱職、基本稱職、不稱職等四個(gè)等次,等次的評(píng)選一般以處室為單位,而且各個(gè)等次都有人數(shù)限制,并不是在全公司范圍內(nèi),在科學(xué)、透明、 第 3 頁(yè) 共 24頁(yè) 民主的制度環(huán)境內(nèi)進(jìn)行,準(zhǔn)確的說,儲(chǔ)備糧公司還沒有真正的公司績(jī)效考核制度。 效績(jī)考核的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀 在我國(guó),由于受傳統(tǒng)文化的影響和長(zhǎng)期實(shí)行計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制,人與人之間基于一種倫理道德關(guān)系,關(guān)系的重要性往往大于制度的重要性,許多企業(yè)還沒有建立真正的績(jī)效考核制度,有的企業(yè)即使建立了相關(guān)制度也沒有真正執(zhí)行。把計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用到一個(gè)單位的管理中去,一般要經(jīng)歷從初級(jí)到成熟的過程。 現(xiàn)代管理方法很多,任何一種方法都不僅要進(jìn)行科學(xué)管理,還要作定量分析。由于受計(jì)算機(jī)發(fā)展水平的限制,當(dāng)時(shí)的應(yīng)用只是考慮企業(yè)的哪些工作可以應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)來代替人的勞動(dòng),因而系統(tǒng)建設(shè)上閉門造車式的編寫程序,應(yīng)用效果十分有限。 課題意義 當(dāng)前隨著信息技術(shù)的飛躍發(fā)展,充分利用電腦的先進(jìn)管理方式,將員工績(jī)效考核推向數(shù)字化, 國(guó)有企業(yè)在實(shí)施績(jī)效考核時(shí),出現(xiàn)不同問題在所難免,只有清楚地分析問題的根源,根據(jù)企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況有針對(duì)性地、及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地采用適當(dāng)?shù)姆椒ê图夹g(shù)手段把績(jī)效考核做實(shí)做好,從而充分發(fā)揮績(jī)效 考核在提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的巨大作用,促進(jìn)企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展。項(xiàng)目信息管理:查看項(xiàng)目的信息、增加、修改、刪除項(xiàng)目信息。因此,對(duì)我國(guó)企業(yè)的績(jī)效考核工作進(jìn)行分析、提出對(duì)策并設(shè)定科學(xué)的績(jī)效考核體系不僅是可行的而且是 必要的。通過定期考核,也可以使員工自己了解在哪些方面已有提高,在哪些方面還有不足。文章的最后則給出了本系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行界面圖。緊接著逐一介紹開發(fā)本系統(tǒng)的步驟 :系統(tǒng)分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。 實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶登錄、驗(yàn)證身份及用戶的數(shù)據(jù)的 采集 。 基于 .NET 的工資績(jī)效管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā) 摘 要 信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,對(duì)企業(yè)的員工工資 績(jī)效 考核就更需要信息化。后臺(tái)由 用戶信息、項(xiàng)目信息、以及日志信息的瀏覽、查詢、修改、刪除、維護(hù)等模塊組成。在系統(tǒng)分析中先后用數(shù)據(jù)流圖、系統(tǒng)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)圖分析了系統(tǒng)所需的各種數(shù)據(jù)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 績(jī) 效考核;管理系統(tǒng); ; SQL2020 The Development of Staff Performance Appraisal System Base on .NET Abstract With the development of information technology, the check for the Staff Performance Appraisal should be more informational. To achieve this goal, we need a relatively consummate management system. This system is Staff Performance Appraisal Management System which is developed by and regard SQL2020 as the background database. The system pased make by login, identitication checking and data collection of users. The background is consisted of a plenty of modules such as: user’s information, and of projects scaning, searching, revising, canceling and maintenance of log etc. Enterprises could manage the human resource and property much more efficiently with the development of this system. This article is mainly narrate the basic foundation of and its design as well. Cite this system as an example, I’ll introduce the developing this system step by step: system analyzing, system design and system fulfillment. In system analyzing, it discussed the way to analyse all data which system needed with data flow graph and system function instruction form. In the section on design, it clearly present every functional module, menu design and database form and field. In the last part, it shows the matter and code on fulfilling the related function controls in the form and the way on menu fulfillment. At the end of the article, It shows the operating interface of the system.
