Before payment, Party B shall provide formal invoice of mission to Party A. （ c）支付時(shí)間 Payment Time 甲方在收到用戶貨 款和乙方相應(yīng)金額正式發(fā)票后兩周內(nèi)將傭金匯往乙方指定的銀行賬戶。如果在違約方接到書面通知后 30 日內(nèi)問題仍不能解決，非違約方將有權(quán)書面通知違約方中止本協(xié)議。 Either party shall not be held responsible for failure or delay to perform all or any part of this agreement due to flood, fire, earthquake, draught, war or any other events which could not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overe by the relative party. However, the party affected by the event of Force Majeure shall inform the other party of its occurrence in written form as soon as possible and thereafter sends a certificate of the event issued by the relevant authorities to the other party within 15 days after its occurrence.
