工程概況重慶李家沱長江大橋位于重慶市西郊九龍坡地區(qū),大橋南岸為李家沱工業(yè)區(qū),北岸為九龍坡區(qū)。主梁采用扁平的實心雙主梁斷面,主梁肋高 ,寬 。拉索采用扇形雙索面布置,梁上索距為9m,在塔上采用不等距排列,索距 ~。2墩采用 ~ 的變截面挖孔樁基礎, 3墩采用沉井基礎。主要集中分布在 2 號墩 16 號錨箱至 3 號墩 16 號錨箱之間約 150 m 長度的中跨梁段,且主要分布在主梁底面及其內(nèi)側面上。(2)少數(shù)主梁節(jié)段梁底面的側面上存在橫向和豎向裂縫。(3)橫隔板及頂板裂縫主要集中在中跨 2 號墩側C27~C3C38~C3C41~C43 和 3 號墩側 C39~C41 橫隔板及其附近頂板上。裂縫寬度多數(shù)在 ~ mm 之間,最大為 。3 號墩下游塔柱西南角南面裂縫深度多在 30~60 mm 之間,最大深度 64 mm;其它位置的裂縫深度多在20~40 mm 之間。根據(jù)裂縫成因綜合結論,當時對橋塔和主梁的裂縫進行整治,同時也對塔柱上封錨砼進行整治,以達到封閉裂縫、防止裂縫進一步擴展的目的。伸縮縫錨固混凝土開裂,出現(xiàn)裂縫,主橋主梁底板部分出現(xiàn)了滲水和露筋現(xiàn)象。這些健康監(jiān)測技術的成功開發(fā)與應用將起到確保橋梁安全運營、延長橋梁使用壽命的作用。s
