Described in detail the structure of highrise buildings with transfer floor structure of a variety of type, the structure of transmission mechanism, structure and calculation of design features, design details and optimized results for specific data analysis and evaluation.Key words: highrise building。例如,在同一座建筑中,沿房屋高度方向建筑功能常要發(fā)生變化,上部樓層布置旅館、住宅。中部則需要較小的或中等大小的室內(nèi)空間,可以在柱網(wǎng)中布置一定數(shù)量的墻體以滿(mǎn)足辦公用房的功能要求。這樣,結(jié)構(gòu)的正常布置與建筑功能對(duì)空間的要求正好相反。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)為傳力直接、明確,傳力途徑清楚,受力性能好,構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單,施工較方便,設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算較容易,是目前應(yīng)用最廣的轉(zhuǎn)換層結(jié)構(gòu)型式。箱式轉(zhuǎn)換層的重要優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于,轉(zhuǎn)換梁的約束強(qiáng),剛度大,整體受力效果好,上下部傳力較為均勻,還可將其利用作為設(shè)備層,其缺點(diǎn)是施工復(fù)雜,造價(jià)較高。轉(zhuǎn)換大梁的受力主要受上部剪力墻剛度、剪力墻與轉(zhuǎn)換大梁的相對(duì)剛度和轉(zhuǎn)換大梁與下部支撐結(jié)構(gòu)的相對(duì)剛度影響。受力示意圖見(jiàn)下圖。對(duì)部分框支剪力墻高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu),其轉(zhuǎn)換層的位置, 7度區(qū)不宜超過(guò)第5層。也可以是間隔布置,形成錯(cuò)列墻梁或是桁架式框架結(jié)構(gòu)。2)盡可能減少需結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換的豎向構(gòu)件,直接落地的豎向構(gòu)件越多,轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)越少,轉(zhuǎn)換層造成的剛度突變就越小,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)抗震更有利。6)轉(zhuǎn)換層結(jié)構(gòu)在高層建筑豎向的
