【正文】 based on the android news release system design and implementation, this news release system based on android and PC as a platform for development. At the same time, the today headline news release system of the PC function is based on JSP and MVC design pattern, on the Tomcat server,using the MyEclipse development tools,and on the basis of the MySql database. Administrator after this system through registration, and for every kinds of types of news and news to add, modify, delete, and query operations. Users can not only through PC can also through the APP to view the news, reviews, sharing, such as tag operation. This system is simple and intuitive interface, easy to operate and use, interactive is strong, for the use of the user provides a convenient and meet any work user login directly by the browser, for data transmission, the munication between the user provides a fast and convenient. 同時(shí)也催生了其他行業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)革命，同時(shí) 似乎 已經(jīng)成為各個(gè)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要引擎和科學(xué)發(fā)展水平的重要標(biāo)志。通過 細(xì)心觀察 發(fā)現(xiàn) ， 我們現(xiàn)在無論做什么事都要和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)打交道
