Fourth pharyngeal pouch: dorsal portion: forms superior parathyroid gland. ventral portion: degenerates. Fifth pharyngeal pouch: The cells immigrate into thyroid and differentiate into parafollicular cells. 第 4周初，前腸末端腹側(cè)上皮增生，形成一向外突出的囊 狀突起， 稱 肝憩室（ hepatic diverticulum） —— 肝膽的原基。第 10周，腸袢開 始從臍腔退回腹腔，臍腔隨之關(guān)。 泄殖腔 泄殖腔的分隔 原始消化管壁的 內(nèi)胚層 僅形成上述器官的 上皮 以及有關(guān)腺體的 實質(zhì) ，上述器官及腺體內(nèi)的結(jié)締組 織、肌組織、血管等則來源于原始消化管周圍的臟 壁中胚層。 Fetal membrane Fetal membrane are extraembryonic structure, including chorion , amnion, yolk sac, allantois, and umbilical cord. ⒈ 絨毛膜 (chorion) ⑴ 組成 由 絨毛膜板（ chorionic plate) 和絨毛（ villus)組成。 絨毛膜上皮癌 ： 滋養(yǎng)層細(xì)胞惡性增生 ⒉ 羊膜 (amnion) ⑴ 組成 壁 羊膜上皮：分泌羊水 胚外中胚層 腔內(nèi)充滿羊水 來源：羊膜上皮的分泌、胎兒的排泄 去路：羊膜重吸收、胎兒的吞咽 成分：水、胎兒脫落的上皮細(xì)胞等 足月正常量： 1000ml 過多： 多于 2022ml 過少： 少于 500ml ⑵ 功能：保護(hù)、擴(kuò)張宮頸、沖洗產(chǎn)道等 透明薄膜 ? 羊水穿刺術(shù) 將懷孕中所產(chǎn)生的羊水，在無菌下抽出若干毫升，進(jìn)行細(xì)胞染色體檢查（先天愚型，21三體型）、 DNA分析、化學(xué)物質(zhì)分析，以早期發(fā)現(xiàn)畸形。 ⑷功能意義：尿囊壁胚外中胚層分化所形成尿囊動、靜脈將轉(zhuǎn) 變?yōu)槟?、動靜脈。 ⑴子體： 叢密絨毛膜 ⑵母體： 基蛻膜 round, discshaped The fetal surface smooth, covered by amniotic membrane.
