nd objectoriented design and programming technologies, the microputer monitoring and controlling system was analyzed and designed in substation integrated automation towards layering distribute type, from its design principles, achieve principle, the overall structure, the areas of hardware and software, the application procedures of functional module and so on. The following several aspects of the work are done in this paper: (1) Through the integrated substation automation system and its microputer monitoring system was studyied carefully, at the same time, the basic principle and system structure of the automation division microputer monitoring and control system was analyzed and researched, the design of the whole system solutions and block diagram of the whole structure design were put forward . (2) Based on controling configuration king software application and development, understanding the position of substation integrated automation system, the basic function and characteristics of the automatic monitoring software design division, and realizeing the realtime monitoring of the connection, and the feeder lines such as voltage, current, power factor such as realtime monitoring of power, the power to achieve the daily, monthly reports and statistics.
