It belongs to the reinforced concrete portal frame construction. The total area of the building is 30004000m2 . It is going to build 4 floors, Which has a function room, dormitory, laundry room, restaurant, health center, etc. The construction standard for fire protection rank is II level, besides, the earthquake resistance garrisons is 7. The process of calculation is though design of sections and building plans to choose fit able material ,the xxx of love loads are based on the calculation of selfweight loads, the frame inner power is calculated through the allocate torque twice method, then to considerate the reflection of earthquake loads .the energy moth or experience formulas can calculate the basic structural circle approximation and then to use the bottom shear method to calculate the lateral loads on every floor and the shear on every column before to get all inner power the others are to calculate every column and roof torque then to regulate the seismic reflection through the principal the condition of gravity loads and lateral loads, considering the wind loads and snow loads deal with the most adverse aggregate and then to gain the inner power under the most adverse aggregate, the last is to calculate according to the inner power.
