Crank press is a metal forming machinery which is driven by crank, and it applies to sheetmetal punching, blanking, blending, drawing, metal forming etc. If crank press is equipped with automatic feed mechanism, it can implement semiautomatic punching. This article describes the determination of transmission scheme and the main dimensions in the press, the motor selection and the design and calculation of main ponents. At the end of this text, the design of forming die is introduced briefly, then the dimension on the production is listed.
