精餾塔幾乎都選用板式結(jié)構(gòu)。 精餾工藝和精餾塔的選擇 乙醇精餾按工藝主要分為兩種:雙塔精餾工藝技術(shù)和三塔精餾工藝技術(shù)。其分離的原理如下: 對于由沸點不同的組分組成的混合液,加熱到一定溫度,使其部分氣化,并將氣相與液相分離。所得產(chǎn)品除乙醇為,還有乙醇、水、醚、醛、酮、酯、烷烴、有機酸等幾十種有機雜質(zhì)。 乙醇也可調(diào)入汽油,作為車用 燃料 。 乙醇的用途 乙醇可作為 溶劑 、各種 化合物 的 結(jié)晶 、洗滌劑、 萃取 劑;可用于 有機合成 ;食用酒精可以勾兌白酒;可用作粘合劑、硝基噴漆、清漆、化妝品、 油墨 、脫漆劑等的溶劑以及農(nóng)藥、醫(yī)藥、 橡膠 、 塑料 、人造纖維、 洗滌劑 等的制造原料、還可以做 防凍劑 、 燃料 、消毒劑 等。醇可以和高活躍性金屬反應(yīng),生成 醇鹽 和氫氣。 123大學(xué) 2020屆本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計) 2 化學(xué)性質(zhì) 乙醇具有酸性(不能稱之為酸,不能使 酸堿指示劑 變色,也不與堿反應(yīng),也可說其不具酸性)乙醇分子中含有極化的氧氫鍵,電離時生成烷氧基 負(fù)離子 和 質(zhì)子 。例如,在 油脂 的 皂化反應(yīng) 中,加入乙醇既能溶解 NaOH,又能溶解油脂,讓它們在均相(同一溶劑的溶液)中充分接觸,加快反應(yīng)速率,提高反應(yīng)限度。我國政府已充分認(rèn)識到發(fā)展車用替代燃料的重要性,并開展了這方面的工作。隨著石油和天然氣價格的迅速上漲,煤制乙醇更加具有優(yōu)勢。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 乙醇精餾 ; 浮閥塔 ; 塔附件設(shè)計 123大學(xué) 2020屆本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計) II Abstract Ethanol is a very important anic chemical raw material, but also a fuel, in the national economy occupied a very important position.
