The equilibrium of material and equilibrium of heat quantity were calculated and the main equipments and pipelines were chosen. The design included a instruction booklet and four diagrams. The main contention of the instruction booklet included: 1 the development history and trendency of producing PVC and VC, 2 the production principle and process of synthesis construction section, 3 the calculation of the balance of material and calculation of heat quantity, 4 the design and choice about the main equipments. 5 the design and choice about the main pipelines, 6 the disposal of three wastes processing security and fire protection technology. The diagrams prised of 1 the technique flow chart with controlled point, 2 the factory floorplan diagram,3 the main equipment installing picture and the Site plan Key Words: synthesis、 PVC、 VC、 design. iv 前言 本設(shè)計(jì)是根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書的要求， 以株州化工集團(tuán)的 PVC 生產(chǎn) 工藝 流程為參考并通過查閱相關(guān)的 化工 生產(chǎn) 設(shè)計(jì)資料對(duì)年產(chǎn) 30萬(wàn)噸 PVC 的 氯乙烯 聚合 合成工段進(jìn)行 了 初步 的 設(shè)計(jì)。 圖紙： 1．帶控制點(diǎn)的物料流程圖。 2．合成工段的生產(chǎn)原理、流程。 i 年年 產(chǎn)產(chǎn) 30 萬(wàn)萬(wàn) 噸噸 PVC 聚聚 合合 工工 段段 工工 藝藝 初初 步步 設(shè)設(shè) 計(jì)計(jì) 說說 明明 書書 ii 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)是年產(chǎn) 30 萬(wàn)噸 PVC 聚合合成工段的初步工藝設(shè)計(jì)，根據(jù)株洲化工集團(tuán)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)習(xí)有關(guān)資料及有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，完成了物料衡算、熱量衡算、主要設(shè)備和管道的設(shè)計(jì)及選型。 3．物料衡算、熱量衡算。 2．車間平面布置圖。 本設(shè)計(jì) 針 對(duì) PVC 生產(chǎn) 工藝 在國(guó)內(nèi)外 的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、工藝選擇、 產(chǎn)品 性質(zhì)、工藝流程及合成原理，相關(guān)的物料性質(zhì)、物料衡算、 能量衡算 、設(shè)備選型、管道設(shè)計(jì) 、經(jīng)濟(jì)分析 以及尾氣和三廢的處理 作了較為詳細(xì)的闡述，以理論設(shè)計(jì)為 基礎(chǔ) ， 查閱了大量資料和 書籍 ，力求 與 實(shí)際 符合 。主要成份為聚氯乙烯聚氫乙烯 ，是由氯乙烯（ Vinyl Chloride）單體聚合而成的熱塑性高聚物，其分子結(jié)構(gòu)式：（ CH2CH） n，其中 n 為聚合度。 1940 年 ，美國(guó)的古德里奇公司創(chuàng)建了懸浮聚合，從此以后，聚乙烯工業(yè)開始發(fā)展， 1940 年全世界產(chǎn)量為 萬(wàn)噸， 1950 年為 22 萬(wàn)噸， 1960 年達(dá) 145 萬(wàn)噸， 1970 年為 600 萬(wàn)噸， 1980 年 1000 萬(wàn)噸， 1990 年為 1500 萬(wàn)噸，近期估計(jì)在2800 萬(wàn)噸左右。 PVC的分類及用途 PVC 可分為軟 PVC 和硬 PVC。軟質(zhì) PVC 多用來(lái)做成真空吸塑薄膜，用于各類面板的表層包裝，所以又被稱為裝飾膜、附膠膜，應(yīng)用于建材、包裝、醫(yī)藥 電線電纜 、薄膜和片材、 傳送帶、日用品（鞋、玩具、門簾、密封條 ） 2 人造革 及箱包等 諸多行業(yè)。 PVC 被用來(lái)制作各種仿皮革，用于行李包，運(yùn)動(dòng)制品，如籃球、足球和橄欖球等。 （ 3） 水分 PVC 是極性聚合物，因而有一定的吸水性。 化學(xué)性質(zhì) （ 1） 化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性 化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性很高，除若干有機(jī)溶劑外，常溫下可耐任何濃度 的鹽酸、 90%以下的硫酸、 50%～ 60%的硝酸及 20%以下的燒堿。隨著溫度的升高，樹脂由白色變?yōu)榈S色→深黃色→棕色→黑色。 3 （ 4） 電性能 PVC 具有特別好的介電性能，使屬于介電功耗最小的材料之一，它對(duì)于交流電和直流電的絕緣能力可與硬橡膠媲美。 19972020 年，中國(guó)PVC 產(chǎn)能、產(chǎn)量年均增長(zhǎng)率分別高達(dá) %和 %。特別是 2020 年以來(lái) ,受國(guó)家加大基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)投資、擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需、啟動(dòng)居民住房消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)等 宏觀政策影響 ,市場(chǎng)對(duì)管材、型材和化學(xué)建材等硬制品存在著強(qiáng)勁的需求 ,極大地推
