【正文】 電視綜合監(jiān)測儀的設(shè)計(jì)分析 孫如軍 ( 德州學(xué)院 機(jī)電工程系 山東 德州 253023) 摘要 ：本文提出了一種適合省級電視信號監(jiān)測網(wǎng)建設(shè)的電視綜合監(jiān)測儀的設(shè)計(jì)方案。通訊板與測試卡、輸入控制與顯示板、 PC機(jī)連接，是 PC 機(jī)與電視綜合監(jiān)測儀通訊的橋梁。通訊板接收 PC 機(jī)和輸入控制與顯示板的通信指令，并將指令發(fā)送給測試卡，測試 卡根據(jù)指令回傳給通訊板相應(yīng)的測試值，通訊板再回傳給PC 機(jī)和輸入控制與顯示板。輸入控制與顯示板的液晶顯示屏（ LCD）顯示卡號、載波場強(qiáng)和頻率。本文討論了測試卡、通訊板、輸入控制和顯示板的設(shè)計(jì)原理和工作原理。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：電視綜合監(jiān)測儀；測試卡；通訊板；輸入控制和顯示板 中圖分類號： G22 The design analysis of television synthetic monitor SUN Rujun （ Department of Mechanical and Electronical Engineering, Dezhou University, Dezhou 253015,China） Abstract : This article proposed one kind of the design proposal, as the television synthesis monitor,which suits the provincial level television signal monitoring work construction. The munication board and the test card, the input control and the display panel, the PC machine connection, is the munication bridge between the machine and the television synthesis monitor . The munication board receives signal instruction from the PC machine and the input control and the display panel, and transmit instruction to the test card, testing card gives the corresponding test back to the munication board according to the instruction,then the munication board gives back to the PC machine , the input control and the display panel input control and the liquid crystal display monitor (LCD) of the display panel indicats number, carrier field intensity and article discussed the principle of design and the principle of work of the test card, the munication board, the input control and the display panel . Key words: television synthetic monitor。testing card。munications panel。input control and display panel 廣電系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)測工作是廣播電視管理及保障播出的有效手段，一直伴隨廣電事業(yè)的發(fā)展而發(fā)展，隨著電子技術(shù)、信息技術(shù)的日益更新，廣電監(jiān)測的手段也不斷進(jìn)步，從單 純依靠人的視覺和聽覺進(jìn)行監(jiān)測的落后方式，逐步發(fā)展到利用監(jiān)測儀器輔助監(jiān)測人員進(jìn)行及時報警。隨著多媒體技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展，為廣電系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測工作提供了更加強(qiáng)大的技術(shù)平臺。特別是數(shù)據(jù)壓縮技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展使廣電監(jiān)測部門可以實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時監(jiān)看、監(jiān)聽遠(yuǎn)程回傳的圖像和聲音，同時監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時處理、自動判斷及反饋，使監(jiān)測工作步入有效性、科學(xué)性和系統(tǒng)性階段。所以監(jiān)測工作網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、系統(tǒng)化將成為今后廣電監(jiān)測工作的發(fā)展方向。 1 電視綜合監(jiān)測儀的設(shè)計(jì)原理 電視綜合監(jiān)測儀原理框圖 圖 1 電視綜合監(jiān)測儀原理框圖 測試卡的設(shè)計(jì)框圖與工作原理 。 測試卡的設(shè)計(jì)框圖如圖 2 所示 ： 圖 2 電視信號測試卡的設(shè)計(jì)框圖 射頻信號經(jīng)高頻調(diào)諧器，輸出視頻信號、音頻信號和 AGC 信號。 AGC 信號與音頻信號經(jīng) ADC 發(fā)送給 89C51，并通過串口，回傳給通訊板。 視頻信號一部分經(jīng)同步分離，分離出同步信號；一部分經(jīng)低通濾波器濾除高頻分量，并經(jīng)過 ADC，將視頻信號數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送給 89C51。場同步信號產(chǎn)生時，采集的數(shù)據(jù)為一幀新圖像的開始數(shù)據(jù)；行同步信號產(chǎn)生時，采集的數(shù)據(jù)為一幀圖像新一行的開始數(shù) 據(jù)。為了減少數(shù)據(jù)量，電視信號測試卡只采集奇場數(shù)據(jù)。當(dāng)連續(xù)采集的四個奇場數(shù)據(jù)的相似度達(dá) 90%以上時，基本判定為靜止畫，然后判斷靜止畫的類型。如果采集的每場數(shù)據(jù)都很小，接近于 0 時，則判定為黑場；如果數(shù)據(jù)基本相同，且比較大時，則判定為蘭場；如果每一行的數(shù)據(jù)都是按一定規(guī)律變化，則判定為彩條；如果數(shù)據(jù)無規(guī)律性，則將其中一場的數(shù)據(jù)與已存在 RAM中的測試卡圖數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較，如果相似度達(dá) 90%以上，
