摘要 I 摘要 隨著一系列通信的實(shí)際應(yīng)用需求的增長,毫米波真空器件得到了大范圍的應(yīng)用。而在各類毫米波真空器件中大多采用以波導(dǎo)為接口的輸出窗結(jié)構(gòu)。輸出窗的作用是隔絕真空器件內(nèi)部的真空和大氣的連接,但不妨礙微波功率的傳輸,這就要求輸出窗的設(shè)計(jì)必須滿足一定的能量傳輸要求。在窗內(nèi)要求有最小的反射或損耗,因此要求輸出窗匹配良好,工作頻帶寬,功率容量大,并且在一定頻寬內(nèi)其|S21|db。根 據(jù)這 要求設(shè)計(jì)滿足條件的輸出窗,不斷改變其參數(shù)設(shè)置,進(jìn)行多次仿真找到符合條件的輸出窗模型。微波仿真軟件 CST 為德國 CST 公司開發(fā)的高級無源濾波器件及天線仿真軟件包,能仿真多種微波真空器件,給出 S 等參量。本課程設(shè)計(jì)以 CST 軟件為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計(jì)理想模型并仿真,最后得出理想模型的尺寸與仿真參數(shù)。 關(guān)鍵字: 盒型窗 ,太赫茲輸出窗,非常規(guī)輸出窗 ,CST 軟件仿真Abstract II ABSTRACT As the growth of the practical application of a series of munications needs, millimeterwave vacuum device has been a wide range of applications.
