I 摘 要 汽車離合器位于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和變速箱之間的飛輪殼內(nèi),用螺釘將離合器總成固定在飛輪的后平面上,離合器的輸出軸就是變速箱的輸入軸。在汽車行駛過(guò)程中,駕駛員可根據(jù)需要踩下或松開離合器踏板,使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與 變速箱暫時(shí)分離和逐漸接合,以切斷或傳遞發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)向變速器輸入的動(dòng)力 。 目前,各種汽車廣泛采用的摩擦離合器是一種依靠主從動(dòng)部分之間的摩擦來(lái)傳遞動(dòng)力且能分離的裝置。 本 設(shè)計(jì) 主要是對(duì)中型貨車的膜片 式彈簧離合器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì) 。 根據(jù)車輛使用條件和車輛參數(shù),按照 離合器 系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)步驟和要求, 首先進(jìn)行了基本參數(shù)的選擇,其次對(duì) 零部件設(shè)計(jì):壓盤 、離合器蓋、彈性傳動(dòng)片,分離裝置,以及從動(dòng)盤 、 從動(dòng)片和從動(dòng)盤轂,操縱機(jī)構(gòu) ,扭轉(zhuǎn)減震器中的螺旋彈簧的設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)各零部件的工作條件,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了相關(guān)校核 。 確保所設(shè)計(jì)的離合器能最大限度傳遞發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩。 全套圖紙,加 153893706 關(guān)鍵詞 : 壓盤 ; 膜片彈簧 ; 摩擦片 ;操縱機(jī)構(gòu);離合器 II ABSTRACT Automobile clutch gearbox is located between the engine and flywheel shell, with screw assembly will be fixed in the clutch after the plane of the flywheel, clutch gearbox output shaft is the input shaft.
