Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 摘 要 本文系統(tǒng)的闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)自動(dòng)裝配技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀、水平及我國(guó)在此方向的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。并以東安汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,到工廠對(duì)其生產(chǎn) 線進(jìn)行了參觀和實(shí)地考察。根據(jù)實(shí)際裝配與檢驗(yàn)過(guò)程的工藝要求,進(jìn)行了自動(dòng)裝配與檢驗(yàn)生產(chǎn)線可行性分析。并結(jié)合實(shí)際條件,確定了汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)缸蓋裝配與檢驗(yàn)工序的基準(zhǔn)、生產(chǎn)用量和工時(shí)定額。在此基礎(chǔ)上,確立了最終的生產(chǎn)線。同時(shí),通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)外同類汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)生產(chǎn)線參考和借鑒,針對(duì)以東安為代表的國(guó)內(nèi)特定的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)與勞動(dòng)條件,對(duì)其裝配與檢驗(yàn)工藝規(guī)程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),最終確立了一套完整的適合國(guó)內(nèi)實(shí)際情況的汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)生產(chǎn)線。 全套圖紙,加 153893706 本文著重介紹汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)缸蓋連接螺栓自動(dòng)裝配裝置的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程、方法及工作原理。重點(diǎn) 對(duì)抓取螺栓裝置和傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和理論的分析,對(duì)其中如何實(shí)現(xiàn)螺栓的抓取和水平及垂直運(yùn)動(dòng)的難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。最終采用了機(jī)械手、氣壓缸和滾珠絲杠傳動(dòng)裝置完成了上述運(yùn)動(dòng),并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格的理論設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,使其能夠精確的完成預(yù)定運(yùn)動(dòng)。從而使螺栓安裝實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)化,很大程度的節(jié)省了人工和時(shí)間,顯著地提高了螺栓裝配的質(zhì)量和效率。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī); 缸蓋 ; 生產(chǎn)線 ;機(jī)械手; 連接螺栓 ABSTRACT The exposition domestic and international automobile engine of this text system assembles the state of development in this direction of current situation, level and our country of technology automatically. Regard automobile engine of Dongan as the research object, has gone to the factory to visit and investigate on the spot to its production line. According to assembling and examining the technological requirement of the course actually, have assembled and examined the feasibility analysis of the production line automatically.. On this basis , have established the final production line . At the same time, through consulting and drawing lessons from the similar automobile engine production line of foreign countries, direct against the domestic and specific production technology represented by Dongan and labor condition, have design in detail to that it assembled and examined the craft rules, has established a set of intact automobile engine production lines which is suitable for the domestic actual conditions finally. This text remends the engine jar of the automobile to overlay and connect design process, method and operation principle that the bolt assembles the device automatically emphatically. To picking the design that the bolt device and transmission anization have carried on the structure and analysis of the theory especially, to how among them realize pick and horizontal and vertical difficult point issue of sport of bolt. Have adopted the manipulator , atmospheric pressure jar and ball guide screw transmission device to finish has made its pletion that can be accurate book sports. Thus make the bolt install and realize automation, saving to a great extent is artificial with time, have improved quality and efficiency that the bolt assembles remarkably.
