I 摘要 隨著模具工業(yè)的迅猛的發(fā)展,模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造以成為一個(gè)行業(yè),工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中普遍采用模具成型工藝方法,有效地保證了產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)率和質(zhì)量,使操作技術(shù)簡(jiǎn)化,還能省料、節(jié)能,獲得顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 由于產(chǎn)品的材料和工藝特性不同,生產(chǎn)用的設(shè)備也各異,模具種類繁多,但用的最為廣泛的大約有以下幾種:冷沖壓模、塑料成型模、鍛造模、精密鑄造模、粉末冶金模、橡膠成型模、玻璃成型模、窯業(yè)制品模、食品糖果模、建材用模等。其中以冷沖壓模、塑料模的技術(shù)要求和復(fù)雜程度較高。 我的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是 級(jí)進(jìn) 模的設(shè)計(jì),沖壓模具主要是將板料分離或成形而得到制 件的加工方法。因?yàn)槟>叩纳a(chǎn)主要是大批量的生產(chǎn),而且模具可以保證沖壓產(chǎn)品的尺寸精度和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,模具的設(shè)計(jì)與制造主要考慮到模具的設(shè)計(jì)能否滿足工件的工藝性設(shè)計(jì),能否加工出合格的零件,以及后來(lái)的維修和存放是否合理等。在本次設(shè)計(jì) 中, 不僅要考慮要使做出的零件能滿足工作要求,還要保證它的使用壽命。 關(guān)鍵詞: 級(jí)進(jìn)模 ;工藝性; 使用壽命 ; 全套圖紙,加 153893706 II Abstract With the rapid development of industrial molds, mold design and manufacturing to bee a trade, industrial production methods monly used by die molding process, effectively ensure the productivity and quality of products, so that technology simplifies operations, but also material saving, energy saving, achieve significant economic benefits.
