Principal technical data: ① Discharge standard of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry( GB428720xx) ; ② Design specification of outdoor discharge water (GB 5001420xx); ③ Design manual of the environmental engineering。 ④ Three wastes treatment engineering technical manual waste water one。 ⑤ Treatment technologue and classic project for dyeing and printing waste water。 ⑥ Water treatment structures39。 design and calculate。 ⑦ Design manual of water supply and discharge. 4000m3/d 針織印染廢水的處理 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)是根據(jù)《紡織染整工業(yè)水污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》( GB428720xx)中,現(xiàn)有企業(yè)直接排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,針對某整染廠產(chǎn)生的針織印染廢水所進(jìn)行的廢水處理工藝系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。本設(shè)計(jì)的進(jìn)水水質(zhì)為: COD= 2500 mg/L、 BOD=800 mg/L、 SS= 300mg/L、 pH=6色度= 700 倍。通過對該整染廠廢水水質(zhì)水量特點(diǎn)的研究分析,參考其他印染廢水處理方案中達(dá)到排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的典型工程實(shí)例,結(jié)合本設(shè)計(jì)的具體要求,采用以“混凝沉淀-水 解酸化-好氧生化-氣浮”為主體的處理工藝。具體工藝流程為:格柵→調(diào)節(jié)池→混凝反應(yīng)池→混凝沉淀池→水解酸化池→接觸氧化池→二沉池→氣浮池→出水。本設(shè)計(jì)的污水處理系統(tǒng)具有工藝成熟穩(wěn)定、處理效果好、投資及運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低、操作簡單、管理方便的優(yōu)點(diǎn),是一種高效、經(jīng)濟(jì)的污水處理工藝。本設(shè)計(jì)將達(dá)到現(xiàn)有企業(yè)直接排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),即設(shè)計(jì)出水水質(zhì)為: COD ≤ 100 mg/L、 BOD ≤ 25 mg/L、 SS ≤ 60 mg/L、 PH= 6~ 色度≤70 倍。污水處理系統(tǒng)占地面積約 3600 m2,主體建筑深度 3~ 7 m。經(jīng)過成本核算,采用該工藝 ,噸水處理成本約為 元,總投資約為 萬元。 關(guān)鍵詞: 印染廢水;混凝;水解酸化;接觸氧化;氣浮 The Design For A 4000 m3/d Dyeing and Printing Wastewater Treatment System ABSTRACT This is designed for a dyeing and printing wastewater treatment plant, conforming to the direct emission standards of existing enterprises from the discharge standard of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry( GB428720xx) .The water quality of the inflow is: COD = 2500 mg/L、 BOD5 = 800 mg/L、 SS = 300 mg/L、 pH = 8~ 1 colourity = 700. Having analyzed the wastewater characteristics of that factory and the concrete situation of this project, and having referred to some classic treatment project examples matching the discharge standard , this design adopts the treatment process based on―coagulation- hydrolysis acidification- biocontact axidation- flotation‖ technology. The sewage treatment process is: screening → conditioning tank → coagulation pond → primary sedimentation pond → hydrolysis acidification pond → biocontact oxidation pond → secondary settling tank → flotation tank. This is a kind of efficient and economic waste water treatment technique designed in the principle of using mature treatment technique and process, circulation dependable , lowering the operation expenses and the operation management simple. It conforms to the direct emission standards of existing enterprises from the discharge standard of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry( GB428720xx) . The quality of the effluent is designed as following: COD ≤100 mg/L、BOD5 ≤ 25 mg/L、 SS ≤60 mg/L、 pH= 6~ colourity ≤ 70. The treatment plant building area is about 3600 square meters. The main building is about 3~7 meters depth. It is estimated that the operation expense is RMB Yuan/t and the total investment is RMB 1467175 Yuan.
