好文檔 值得下載 摘 要 本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是根據(jù)遼寧工業(yè)大學(xué)繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院土木工程專業(yè)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書的要求進(jìn)行的,包括建筑設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、施工組織設(shè)計(jì)三部分內(nèi)容。 本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)名稱為某中學(xué)教學(xué)樓,教學(xué)樓長 ,寬 ,高 ,建筑面積 ,五層。 此建筑采用現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),安全等級為二級,耐火等級為二級,設(shè)防烈度為 7 度。由于該建筑物長度的影響,在建筑的中部和兩端共設(shè)有三處防震逢。整幢教學(xué)樓設(shè)置四部樓梯,滿足疏散和防火要求。 基礎(chǔ)均采用柱下獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ),地基承載力特征值為 250kN/㎡,地下水位離地面為 ,凍土深度為 ,基礎(chǔ)埋深 。 施工組織設(shè)計(jì)是對此建筑各個(gè)方面的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行細(xì)致深入分析后制訂的。 在設(shè)計(jì)過程中,進(jìn)行了多個(gè)建筑方案的評估和篩選,最終選定本方案。進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)的手算、電算,施工組織設(shè)計(jì),繪制了建筑圖、結(jié)構(gòu)圖和施工總平面圖。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 框架結(jié)構(gòu);建筑設(shè)計(jì);結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);施工組織設(shè)計(jì); 全套圖紙 加 695132052 好文檔 值得下載 Abstract The design is conducted according to the requirements of civil engineering graduation design, the school of continuing education, Liaoning University of Technology. This design is posed of three parts: architecture design, structural design, and construction anization design. The design concerns a teaching building of a middle school. The teaching building is long, wide and high. The construction area is . The consists of 5 storeys. This building has castinsitu concrete frame structure. With safety classes of two, fireproof classes of two, and earthquake fortification intensity is seven. There are three earthquake resistance joints in the middle and the two extremities due to the length of the building. There are four flight of stairs for the purpose of evaculation and fire emergency. An independent foundation under the column is adopted. The characteristic value of subgrade bearing capability is 250kN/m2, the underground water is , under the ground the frozen soil is deep, and the bottom of the foundation is under the ground. The design of construction is done by careful analysis of all features of this building. In the process of the design, this programme is finally adopted after appraising and selecting a number of programmes. A series of procedures are carried out, such as the calculation of the structure by hand, by calculators, construction design. Several drawings such as archtecture drawing, structure drawing and construction drawing are made.
