【正文】 南京工程學(xué)院 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 題 目： 基于 PLC的物料分揀機(jī)械手自動化控制 系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計 專 業(yè)： 自動化（數(shù)控技術(shù)） 班 級： 學(xué) 號： 學(xué)生姓名： 指導(dǎo)教師： 起迄日期： Graduation Design (Thesis) The Design for The Automatic Control System of The Sorting Materials Manipulator Based on PLC By xxxxxx Supervised by Associate Prof. Tang xxxxxxx Department of Automation Engineering Nanjing Institute of Technology May, 2021 南京工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書（論文） 摘 要 隨著生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，先進(jìn)制造業(yè)中正 逐步引進(jìn)機(jī)械手，通過它來完成一些例如搬運、分揀等工作，代替了 人力主導(dǎo)的繁重勞動。 本論文通過對機(jī)械手發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的觀察，著眼于未來機(jī)械手對整個生產(chǎn)行業(yè)的影響，對機(jī)械手應(yīng)有的設(shè)計提出了一些想法。首先決定采用氣動驅(qū)動和 PLC 控制的設(shè)計方案，極大程度上發(fā)揮了各自功能的優(yōu)點，使軟硬件達(dá)到互補(bǔ)的效果，這也是未來機(jī)械手發(fā)展的一個趨勢?？傮w上對物料分揀機(jī)械手的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)、執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)、驅(qū)動和控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析和設(shè)計。最后提出了一種簡單易行且高效的操控策略。 通過一系列的研究與探索，最后得出了一種設(shè)計方案，基本上這種物料分揀機(jī)械手 能 達(dá)到經(jīng)濟(jì)適用且可靠性高的效果。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 機(jī)械手，氣動控制， 可編程控制器（ PLC），自動化控制，物料分揀 南京工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書（論文） Abstract With the development of productive forces, advanced manufacturing are introducing manipulator gradually, through which to acplish some work,for example handling, sorting, etc., instead of a humandominated heavy labor. The paper observes the status of the development of manipulator, focus on the impact of future manipulator for the entire manufacturing industry, put forward some ideas of the design of the manipulator . Firstly I decide to use pneumatic drive and PLC to control , to a great extent play the advantages of their functions, so the software and hardware to achieve a plementary effect, this is the future development of a trend robot. Overall the material sorting robot mechanical structure, actuators, drives and control system analysis and design. Finally, I put forward a simple and efficient control strategies. Through a series of research and exploration, finally I drew a this sorting material manipulator can be affordable and reliable.
