【正文】 I 摘要 我課題的研究?jī)?nèi)容是支撐掩護(hù)式液壓支架的總體 及推移千斤頂強(qiáng)度 設(shè)計(jì)?,F(xiàn)代長(zhǎng)壁工作面采煤已經(jīng)在開(kāi)采區(qū)使用液壓支架。液壓支架不僅支撐頂板,推動(dòng)刮板輸送機(jī)工作面和自移式支架本身,而且還為相關(guān)的采煤設(shè)備提供一個(gè)安全的工作環(huán)境。因此正確的選擇和應(yīng)用液壓支架是長(zhǎng)壁工作面采煤成功的先決條件。此外,由于對(duì)液壓支架需求數(shù)量很大,對(duì)液壓支架的投資經(jīng)常要占到長(zhǎng)壁采煤工作面初始投資的一半以上。因此,從技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)兩方面的觀(guān)點(diǎn)看,液壓支架是長(zhǎng)壁采煤工作面設(shè)備中十分重要的一部分。支撐掩護(hù)式液壓支架結(jié)合了垛式液壓支架和掩護(hù)式液壓支架的 特點(diǎn)。所以,支撐掩護(hù)式液壓支架具有以上兩者所具有的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。液壓支架作為回采工作面的一種支護(hù)設(shè)備,液壓支架在工作過(guò)程中能否取得良好的支護(hù)效果,取決于支架的架型,結(jié)構(gòu)和相關(guān)參數(shù)。首先,通過(guò) C 語(yǔ)言程序 確定支架的四連桿機(jī)構(gòu)各桿系的長(zhǎng)度;然后,以力學(xué)模型為依據(jù),分析了液壓支架的頂梁、掩護(hù)梁上載荷的作用機(jī)理,得到了較為合理的支架載荷的計(jì)算公式;其次,結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)的支架,從平面和空間兩方面對(duì)支架主要結(jié)構(gòu)件進(jìn)行受力分析;最后對(duì)支架主要結(jié)構(gòu)件、掩護(hù)梁 、推移千斤頂 和立柱進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度效核 ,并畫(huà)出所有的機(jī)械圖。 關(guān)鍵詞 :支撐掩護(hù)式液壓支架; 頂梁;四連桿;推移千斤頂;強(qiáng)度 II Abstract My paper mainly foused on the problem which designs about a type of chockshield longwall mining employs hydraulic powered supports at the face area. The supports not only holds up the roof, pushes the face chain conveyor, and advances itself, but also provides a safe environment for all associated mining activities. Therefore its successful selection and application are the prerequisite for successful longwall mining. Furthermore, due to the large number of units required, the capital invested for the power support usually accounts for more than half of the initial capital for a longwall face. Therefore both from technical and economic points of view, the powered support is a very important piece of eq uipment in a long wall chock shield bines the features of the chocks and the shields. As such it possesses the advantages of hydraulic support is a part of the mining industry equipment in the mine, is used for protection of working environment in the gallery. It works well or bad at work basing on its support mode, frame and some parameters. In the first, the length of every pole of the leading fourbar mechanism are determined by C Programming Language, the base of mechanic model of supportsurrounding, the mechanism and loads on the support is decided. The next work, with the condition of the design, the main mechanics of hydraulic support is analyzed and calculated by plane and spatial model. Finally, the under frame, top beam cave shield, T beams and columns are analyzed by calculation. And draw out all the process drawings.
