中國礦業(yè)大學采礦工程專業(yè) 2021 屆 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 1 前 言 礦井畢業(yè)設(shè)計是采礦工程專業(yè)最后一個教學環(huán)節(jié),是 對 函授期間 所學知識的一次綜合性考察 ,其目的是使我們運用 本科 階段所學的理論知識并聯(lián)系礦井生產(chǎn)實際而進行的礦井開采設(shè)計,以培養(yǎng)和提高我們分析和解決實際問題的能力,是對我 的 一次綜合性能力演練。 本次設(shè)計的題目是 XX煤礦 ,是在 XX煤礦 井田地質(zhì)特征的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合搜集到的其它相關(guān)原始資料,運用所學知識同時參考《采礦學》、《煤炭工業(yè)礦井設(shè)計規(guī)范》、《煤礦礦井開采設(shè)計手冊》、《井巷工程》、《通風安全學》等參考資料,在指導老師精心指導下獨立完 成。此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計是根據(jù)國家煤炭建設(shè)的有關(guān)方針政策,結(jié)合設(shè)計礦井的實際情況,遵循采礦專業(yè)畢業(yè)設(shè)計大綱的要求,在收集、整理、查閱大量資料的前提下完成設(shè)計的。 在設(shè)計的過程中,我受益非淺,自己感覺在看的書還是太少,鉆研得還是不夠深刻,這激勵我以后要再接再厲。由于本人水平有限以及對知識的掌握程度不高,設(shè)計中難免存在錯誤和疏漏,懇請各位老師批評指正。 設(shè)計人: XXX 2021年 9月 25日 中國礦業(yè)大學采礦工程專業(yè) 2021 屆 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 1 摘 要 XX 煤礦 位于山西省 堯都區(qū) 境內(nèi) ,由 6 個礦(臨汾中煤建刁尚溝煤礦有限公司、山西臨汾來宏煤業(yè)有限公司、山西臨汾堯都東太煤業(yè)有限公司、山西臨汾郭家莊煤礦有限公司、山西臨汾老君煤礦有限公司、山西臨汾鑫浩煤業(yè)有限公司)和空白區(qū)組成 。 礦井的設(shè)計思想是 以市場為導向,以經(jīng)濟效益為中心,以科技進步為動力,認真貫徹執(zhí)行國家有關(guān)煤炭建 設(shè)的方針政策,按照高起點、高技術(shù)、高效率、高效益的建設(shè)方針,結(jié)合本礦資源條件和優(yōu)勢,運用現(xiàn)代先進的設(shè)計理念,積極采用先進適用的新技術(shù)、新工藝、新設(shè)備、新材料;根據(jù)系統(tǒng)工程的思想,進行全面策劃,綜合考慮,實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新。按照系統(tǒng)配套,整體協(xié)調(diào)的總要求,貫徹生產(chǎn)高度集中化、開拓開采系統(tǒng)簡單化、采掘高產(chǎn)高效綜機化、煤流膠帶輸送機化、輔助運輸單一化、主要設(shè)備集控自動化、監(jiān)控管理信息化、地面布置合理化和技術(shù)經(jīng)濟合理化的技術(shù)原則,把 本 礦井建設(shè)成為高產(chǎn)高效、安全可靠的國內(nèi)現(xiàn)代化礦井 。 設(shè)計特點 ( 1) 本井田共查明保有資源 /儲量( 111b+122b+333)為 ,其中 2 號煤層保有資源 /儲量( 111b+122b+333)為 Mt, 10 號煤層保有資源 /儲量( 111b+122b +333)為 。根據(jù)該井田的地質(zhì)儲量計算 ,全 礦井工業(yè) 資源 /儲量為 , 礦井設(shè)計 資源 儲量為, 礦井設(shè)計可采儲量為 。 礦井設(shè)計生產(chǎn)能力為 ,服務(wù)年限 。 ( 2) 礦井建設(shè)規(guī)模為 ,服務(wù)年限 。 ( 3) 工業(yè)場地選擇在原老君廟煤礦工業(yè)場地。 采用斜 井 開拓方式 ,利 用已有老君廟井筒進行改造,即刷大并延伸老君廟煤礦副斜井仍作為 XX 煤礦副斜井;刷大并延伸原有回風斜井作為主斜井;利用原有回風立井井筒并裝備梯子間作為回風井及安全出口 , 其中主斜井裝備 1m, 運量 260t/h 的帶式輸送機,用于煤炭運輸。同時布置一套架空乘人器,用于運輸人員上下井。井筒內(nèi) 敷設(shè)消防灑水管路 以及下井電纜 , 同時 用于安 全通道 ;副 斜 井裝備直徑 的單繩纏繞式提升機 1 臺, 擔負礦井全部輔助提升任務(wù) , 敷設(shè)消防灑水管路、排水管路、壓風管路及通訊電纜,兼做礦井安全通道 ; 回風井井筒直徑 ,擔負全礦井回風任務(wù)。 ( 4)大巷煤炭運輸采用膠帶機連續(xù)運輸, 大巷 輔助運輸采用 有軌運輸,井底車場采用調(diào)度絞車運輸,大巷采用無極繩連續(xù)牽引車牽引礦車運輸 。 ( 5)根據(jù) 礦井 實際情況,考慮礦井煤層賦存條件,本次設(shè)計主要考慮 9+10+11 號煤的開采; 礦井達到設(shè)計生產(chǎn)能力時布置 1 個 采 區(qū) , 1 個 綜采放頂煤 工作面,工作面長度 165m。布置 2 個綜掘工作面 ,其中 1 個綜掘工作面兼有普掘設(shè)備, 保證回采工作面 及開拓接替 。 ( 6) 礦井采用抽出式通風系統(tǒng),初期 采用 中央并列式 通風 方 式 。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 斜井開拓 膠帶機連續(xù)運輸 放頂煤綜采 現(xiàn)代化礦井 設(shè)計人: XXX 中國礦業(yè)大學采礦工程專業(yè) 2021 屆 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 2 Abstract Jin Niu coal mine is located in the territory of Shanxi District of Yaodu Province, the 6 mines (Linfen zhongmeijian Shang Diao Gou Coal Mine Co.
