內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué) 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 題 目 : 設(shè)計年產(chǎn)量 140萬噸的中厚板廠 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué) 號: 9 專 業(yè):材料成型及控制工程 班 級:成型 061 班 指導(dǎo)教師: 講師內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 I 設(shè)計年產(chǎn)量為 140 萬噸的中厚板廠 摘 要 中厚板是冶金產(chǎn)品中的重要產(chǎn)品之一,它的生產(chǎn)水平和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量代表了一個國家鋼鐵工業(yè)的發(fā)展水平。中厚板生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展趨勢是以高強、專用特殊板為主,生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢是以 TMCP 和微合金化為主,輔之以滿足下游用戶特殊需要的 探傷、噴丸和熱處理等工藝。 本次設(shè)計是以包頭地區(qū)為建廠地點,設(shè)計年產(chǎn)量為 140 萬噸的中厚板廠,以 12mm179。 25000mm179。 600012021mm 的碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼板 Q345B 為典型產(chǎn)品。本設(shè)計通過查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,簡單介紹了中厚板的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并分析了建廠的可行性。設(shè)計主要內(nèi)容是制定了產(chǎn)品大綱,確定了生產(chǎn)工藝流程,選擇了軋機(jī)及輔助設(shè)備。并根據(jù)典型產(chǎn)品重點制定了壓下規(guī)程,計算了輥形,校核了軋輥及主電機(jī)。最后用 CAD 以 1:200 的比例畫出車間平面圖。 關(guān)鍵詞 中厚板 生產(chǎn)工藝 軋機(jī) 平面布置 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 II The design of the medium plate plant with the annual output of 1,400,000 tons Abstract Medium plate is one of the important products in metallurgy field, the level of it’s manufacture and the quality of product represent the development level of steel industry of the country. The medium plate manufacturing technology will develop fast along with the development of the steel industry and change of the requirement of the downstream industry. The tendency of the medium plate’s product development is mainly on the highstrength, special utility ones, tendency of the manufacturing technology is mainly on the TMCP and microalloy technology, subsidiary technology are the detection, blast grit, and heat treatment which meets the special requirement of the downstream customers. This design can be divided into 9 chapters, mainly introduced are the development of medium plate in our country, the necessity and reliability of this plant in Baotou area, Design production capacity of 1, 400, 000 tons of plate plant to 12mm 2500mm 6000~12021mm of Q345B carbon structural steel products for the typical product. The design information through access to relevant literature, product schedule, process, equipment, table of rolling, annual output, subsidiary equipment, strength test and the test of the engine power, and the last chapter is the layout of the workshop.
