的功能及特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行組合機(jī)床的總體設(shè)計(jì)和主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)。所設(shè)計(jì)的機(jī)床用來(lái)進(jìn)行鉆孔加工汽缸體的一個(gè)面。 組合機(jī)床的總體設(shè)計(jì) 要做的具體工作是分析影響組合機(jī)床方案制定的主要因素,制定工藝 ,確定機(jī)床配置型式及結(jié)構(gòu)方案,選擇切削用量三要素,選擇刀具,確定切削力、切削扭矩、切削功率、刀具耐用度,完成“被加工零件工序圖”、“加工示意圖”、“機(jī)床聯(lián)系尺寸圖”、“機(jī)床生產(chǎn)率計(jì)算卡” 的 “ 三圖一卡 ” 。主軸箱設(shè)計(jì) 要做的具體工作是了解通用主軸箱的組成,在“三圖一卡”基礎(chǔ)上繪制主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)的原始依據(jù)圖,選擇主軸結(jié)構(gòu)型式,進(jìn)行 動(dòng)力計(jì) 算,設(shè)計(jì)傳動(dòng)方案并計(jì)算,進(jìn)行主軸箱的主軸坐標(biāo)計(jì)算繪制多軸箱 裝配總圖( A1 圖紙一張)。 主軸箱傳動(dòng)方案為:驅(qū)動(dòng)軸 O1 通過(guò) 8 軸上的第 Ⅳ 排齒輪帶動(dòng)中間傳動(dòng)軸 8軸,傳動(dòng)比為 1:1; 8 軸第 Ⅲ 排齒輪帶動(dòng)中間傳動(dòng)軸 7 軸和 9 軸; 7 軸上第 Ⅰ 排齒輪帶動(dòng)泵軸 10 軸,傳動(dòng)比為 ,第 Ⅱ 排齒輪帶動(dòng)主軸 4 軸;傳動(dòng)比為 ; 9 軸上第 Ⅱ 排齒輪帶主軸 6 軸,傳動(dòng)比為 。 多軸箱部分是本次設(shè)計(jì)的重要環(huán)節(jié),本次設(shè)計(jì)中它的設(shè)計(jì)既要保證工作臺(tái)的運(yùn)動(dòng)的合理、平衡和準(zhǔn)確,又要滿足工作要求。在本文中的大量設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算使它在理論上
