【正文】 上海理工大學畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文 ） I 上海世博會后對上海國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值持續(xù)拉動效應分析 摘 要 世界博覽會是由一個國家的政府主辦，有多個國家或國際組織參加，以展現(xiàn)人類在社會、經(jīng)濟、文化和科技領(lǐng)域所取得成就的國際性大型展示會。世博會享有 “ 經(jīng)濟、科技、文化領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的奧林匹克盛會 ” 的美譽，不僅能給參展 城市 帶來發(fā)展的機遇，擴大國際交流和合作，促進經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，而且也能給舉辦國家創(chuàng)造巨大的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益，宣傳和擴大舉辦國家的知名度和聲譽，促進社會的繁榮和進步。 20xx 年上海世博會是上海經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的又一歷史機遇，對于加速推進上海國際化大都市的建設(shè)和建設(shè)國際 經(jīng)濟、金融、貿(mào)易、航運中心具有積極作用。世博會是通過世博經(jīng)濟對舉辦國家和城市產(chǎn)生影響。世博經(jīng)濟作為一種經(jīng)濟活動，研究 其 如何擴大世博會對經(jīng)濟的正面影響，降低其負面影響，實現(xiàn)舉辦城市經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展等方面都具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文 的 研究內(nèi)容共分 五 個部分。第一章為緒論，介紹了本文的研究背景 、 研究 意義 以及 研究內(nèi)容。第二章 為歷屆世博會對經(jīng)濟的影響， 通過多個 角度 ， 分析了 幾屆比較典型的世博會 對 其對舉辦城市經(jīng)濟的影響。 第三章 為世博經(jīng)濟理論研究綜述，主要介紹了世博經(jīng)濟的概念、特征 及 其 經(jīng)濟價值 的 構(gòu)成。第四章 為 20xx年上海世 博會對上海經(jīng)濟的影響 分析，從正面影響與負面影響兩個方面， 著重分析 20xx 年上海世博會對上海經(jīng)濟的影響 。 最后一章 為 全文 總結(jié)，總結(jié) 本 論文的研究結(jié)論并 提出對策建議。 本文先 對世博經(jīng)濟理論體系 進行分析，并以此理論體系為基礎(chǔ)，從 正面影響與負面影響兩個方面 分析了 20xx 年上海世博會對上海經(jīng)濟的影響。 其中， 正面影響包括直接影響和間接影響兩個層次。直接正面影響主要有 對上海經(jīng)濟的直接拉動作用、促進就業(yè)的增長、帶動相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展、交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施條件的改善、城市文化的弘揚及更加開放性環(huán)境的營造 ；間接影響主要有促進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè) 結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和人力資本的提升。負面影響包括世博會的 “ 擠出效應 ” 、助推房地產(chǎn)泡沫的形成、非受益群體利益受損以及設(shè)施的閑置與過剩。最后有針對性地提出了一些對策和建議。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 世博會 世博經(jīng)濟 生產(chǎn)總值 擠出效應 上海世博會后對上海國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值持續(xù)拉動效應分析 II Preliminary Analysis of the Expo’s Continuous Effect on Shanghai GDP after Expo 20xx Shanghai China Abstract World Expo is a largescaleinternational exhibition which usually be hotsed by the Government of a country. And multicountries or international anizations participate in the Expo to show the achievements in the fields of social, economic, cultural and technological. Expo is known as the Olympic pageant in the fields of economic, technological and cultural which can not only bring development oppor tunities, expand international exchanges and cooperation, promote economic deve lopment for participating cities, but also can create great economic and social benefits, spread the reputation, promote social prosperity and progress to the Amphitryon. World Expo 20xx Shanghai China is one of opportunities for Shanghai?s economic development, which has a positive effect on the building of international metropolis and international economic, financial, trade and shipping center of Shanghai. Expo impacts the host countries and cities by Expo economy． As an economic activity, it has important practical significance on how to improve effici ency, expand Expo?s positive economic impact and reduce its negative effects. The content of the paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter introduces the research background, research significance and research content. Chapter II analyses several typical Expos and its economic impacts on host cities from different aspects. Chapter III reviews the theories of Expo economy and introduces the concept, characteristics and economic value position of World Expo. Chapter IV analyses the economic impacts to Shanghai of 20xx Shanghai World Expo from positive impacts and negative impacts. The last chapter concludes the paper and makes some suggestions. First， the paper introduces the theories of Expo economy and analyses the impacts to Shanghai city of World Expo 20xx Shanghai China form positive impacts and negative impacts. The positive impacts include direct and indirect effects. The direct impacts are prise of directly stimulating economic growth, promoting job growth, promoting the development of related industries， improving infrastructure and creating more open environment. The negative impacts include the crowdingout effects， boosting the real estate bubble formation, the interests loss of nonbeneficiary groups and the idle and excess facilities. Finally, I bring forward some measures and advises aiming at the negative impacts.
