摘要 隨著太陽能照明技術(shù)的發(fā)展,近幾年太陽能路燈行業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大 ,并且隨著新型節(jié)能 LED 燈具的出現(xiàn),太陽能 LED 路燈以其節(jié)能性好的優(yōu)勢(shì)得到了廣泛的推廣。 本文介紹了 脈沖寬度調(diào)制 技術(shù) PWM 控制 LED 亮度 的 原理 ,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于 MSP430F149 單片機(jī)的太陽能 LED 路燈照明節(jié)能控制系統(tǒng)的控制器。 整個(gè)控制器包括硬件電路的設(shè)計(jì)和軟件電路的設(shè)計(jì),硬件部分給出了 控制器硬件電路原理圖 ,設(shè)計(jì)了 單片機(jī)外圍電路、 LED 恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)電路、傳感檢測(cè)電路 、實(shí)時(shí)時(shí)鐘電路、 鍵盤顯示電路 和電源電路 。軟件部分給出了 亮度自適應(yīng)節(jié)能控制算法 流程圖 和 C 語言源程序 ,該算法可根據(jù)時(shí)段、環(huán)境亮度和人員活動(dòng)情況改變 PWM 信號(hào)的占空比,自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié) LED 的亮度,充分利用 LED 的可控性,實(shí)現(xiàn)最佳照度控制,達(dá)到節(jié)能目的。 關(guān)鍵詞 : LED 恒流驅(qū)動(dòng); MSP430 單片機(jī); LED 照明; PWM 控制;亮度自適應(yīng)節(jié)能控制。 Abstract With the development of solar lighting technology, in recent years the solar street lamp industry is developing rapidly, continues to expand the scale, and with the new energysaving LED lamp, solar LED street lamps have been widely promoted for its good energy saving advantage. This paper introduces the principle of pulse width modulation technology PWM control the brightness of LED, designed a controller of MSP430F149 solar LED street lighting energysaving control system based on. The controller includes hardware circuit design and software design of the hardware circuit, gives the hardware circuit of the controller schematics, design of the peripheral circuit of MCU, LED constant current drive circuit, sensor detection circuit, realtime clock circuit, keyboard and display circuit and power circuit. The software part of the adaptive brightness control algorithm flow chart and the C language source code, the algorithm according to the time, the brightness of the environment and personnel activities change the duty ratio of PWM signal, automatic adjustment of brightness of LED, make full use of the controllability of the LED, to achieve the best illumination control, to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
