【正文】 黑 龍 江 大 學(xué) 本 科 生 畢 業(yè) 論 文 論文題目: 遼寧省錦州市凌河區(qū)污水處理廠 設(shè)計(jì) i 摘 要 水是不可替代的自然資源 , 在經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)﹑社會(huì)發(fā)展和人民生活占有及其重要的地位。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)﹑城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)的發(fā)展和人口的增加 , 用水持續(xù)增長(zhǎng) , 水的供需矛盾日益突出 。 由于大量的工業(yè)廢水和生活污水排入水體 , 使水環(huán)境受到嚴(yán)重的 `污染 , 水資源短缺和水質(zhì)惡化已成為制約經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展、破壞生態(tài)環(huán)境、影響人民生活和自身健康的突出問題。 建設(shè)節(jié)約型社會(huì),促進(jìn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,這是遼寧省 “十一五 ”規(guī)劃編 制的重點(diǎn)工作之一。加快恢復(fù)遼西植被,提高全省森林覆蓋率。深化工業(yè)污染防治,加強(qiáng)水污染和大氣污染的整治,確保讓廣大人民群眾喝上干凈水、呼吸上清潔空氣。錦州市凌河區(qū)在規(guī)劃編制中,提到了城區(qū)綠化覆蓋率達(dá)到 40%;城市生活垃圾無害化處理率和污水集中處理率分別達(dá)到 100%和 70%。 因此本設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)凌河區(qū)的污水水質(zhì)水量 , 水文條件 , 氣象人文等信息以及經(jīng)濟(jì)等情況決定以 CASS 法為主要處理單元的方案。力求在處理達(dá)標(biāo)的前提下做到最經(jīng)濟(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞 污水處理廠;污水集中處理率;污水水質(zhì)水量; CASS 法 ii Abstract Water is the natural resource which can’t be substituted,It is in the very important status in the construction of economy、 the development of society and the life of people .With the development of constrction of economy、 the construction of contryside and the increase of population,the water used grows continually,the contradictory of supply and demand of water is prominent day by a lot of industrial wastewater and sanitary sewage disperse into water,the water environment was polluted short of the water resource and the worse of the water quality has restricted the development of city and the development of countryside,the destruction of ecological environment,which affect the lives of the people and the prominent question of the health of ourselies. Constructing the save society,promoting the sustainable development,this is the key work in the plan of eleven five of Liaoning restores the vegetation of Liaoxi,deepened the preventing and controlling of the industry pollution,put the water pollution and the air pollution under sure that many people can drink clean water ,breath the clean the plan of the district of linghe of jinzhou,mentioned the city afforestation coverage fraction achieves 40%,The life trash of the city detoxification processing ratio and the sewage centralism processing ratio achieves 100% and 70%. So my design acts accord to the wastewater water quality and water volume, hydrology condition, meteorological humanities decided to use the project that take CASS process as the main processing will take all my effort to make it economical under meeting the standard of processing.
