密級(jí): 樂天行政辦公樓設(shè)計(jì) Design of LeTian Executive Office Building 學(xué) 院:建筑 與土木 工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè) /班 級(jí):土木工程 1105 班 學(xué) 號(hào): 110801510 學(xué) 生 姓 名: 殷國棟 指 導(dǎo) 教 師:白泉 (講師 ) 20xx 年 6 月 I 摘要 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)我們大學(xué)四年來所學(xué)知識(shí)的一次全面的,徹底的,綜合的考查,也是對(duì)我們?cè)?大 學(xué)期間的最后一次大練兵。通過這次設(shè)計(jì),熟悉建筑設(shè)計(jì)和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的全過程,熟悉 了 相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范、 手冊(cè)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖集以及工程實(shí)踐中常用的方法。 辦公樓建筑的發(fā)展趨勢:圍繞著綠色生態(tài)和節(jié)能的主題,建筑形態(tài)會(huì)更加多樣化,功能構(gòu)成會(huì)更加豐富,更加強(qiáng)調(diào)人性化和 創(chuàng)造 令人身心愉悅的空間環(huán)境。政府行政辦公樓與其他辦公樓一樣,設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)充分考慮適應(yīng)性、靈活性、高效性和人性化的設(shè)計(jì)理念,以充分展示建筑功能與建筑形象的親和力與開放性,做到人及建筑與環(huán)境的和諧共處、永續(xù)發(fā)展,創(chuàng)造親切宜人的建筑形象和舒適自然的辦公環(huán)境。 本文設(shè)計(jì)題目是 樂天行政辦公 樓設(shè)計(jì),此次設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容包括建筑設(shè)計(jì)和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)兩大部分。設(shè)計(jì)的主體部分采用鋼筋混凝土現(xiàn)澆 框架結(jié)構(gòu),建筑層數(shù)為六層。建筑高度為 ,總建筑面積 約 7200 2m 。在建筑設(shè)計(jì)部分,按照相關(guān)規(guī)范的要求進(jìn)行建筑設(shè)計(jì),包括平面、立面、剖面等建筑圖紙。其次在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)部分,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容包括:結(jié)構(gòu)方案的選擇和確定、結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算書的編制。結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算書包括構(gòu)件截面尺寸選擇、荷載計(jì)算、荷載計(jì)算及內(nèi)力組合、框架配筋、柱下基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)等。 電算部分采用 廣廈 軟件。過程主要包括 建立框架模型和輸入荷載 結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算、配筋及輸出結(jié)果。根據(jù)本設(shè)計(jì)的要求,建立框 架模型,輸入?yún)?shù),進(jìn)行計(jì)算和配筋,導(dǎo)出結(jié)果 及結(jié)構(gòu)圖 。 關(guān)鍵詞:框架結(jié)構(gòu); 綠色生態(tài)和節(jié)能 ;結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ) II Abstract Graduation design is a prehensive, thorough and prehensive examination of knowledge to our university for four for our last big training during the this design,I am familiar with the whole process of architectural design and structural with relevant design specifications, manual, standard atlas and the method of monly used in engineering practice. In this paper, design subject is administrative LeTian Office Building design includes architectural design and structural design of two parts. The main part of the design adopts the castinplace reinforced concrete frame structure,a total of six layers,height is metres,area of about 7200 square meters. In the architectural design to the requirements of the relevant specification for architectural design, Such as plane, elevation, section construction drawings. The second part in structure design, the content of structural scheme choice and determination, the preparation of structural calculation. Structure calculation includes the choice of ponent section size, load calculation, load calculation and internal force bination, under the framework of reinforcement, column foundation design, etc. Computer part adopts GuangSha mainly includes the framework model is established and structure calculation, reinforcement and output. Framework model is established according to the requirements of the design, the input parameters, calculation and reinforcement, export the result and structure.
