【正文】 畢業(yè)設計 普通框架結構體系住宅設計 大連市大華錦繡華城 3 期住宅樓 2 號樓設計 學 生 姓 名： 朱金金 指導教 師 ： 劉廉純 合 作 指 導 教 師： 王志云 專業(yè)名 稱 ： 土木工程 所在學 院 ： 土木工程學院 20xx 年 6 月大連海洋大學本科畢業(yè)設計 普通框架結構體系住宅 —— 大連市大華錦繡華城 3 期住宅樓 2 號樓 I 摘要 筑物與人們有著緊密的聯(lián)系，他為人們提供必要的 空間，用以工作和生活。 根據(jù)建適用類型不同，建筑物可以分為兩類：工業(yè)建筑和民用建筑。工業(yè)建筑包括各個工廠或工業(yè)生產所使用建筑，民用建筑是指那些人們用以居住，就業(yè)，教育和其他社會活動的建筑場所。 民用建筑按使用可分為兩大類：住宅建筑和公共建筑。住宅建筑要適應家庭生活。每個單位應包括至少三個必要客房：起居室，廚房和廁所。 設計內容包括建筑設計，結構設計，施工圖繪制以及外文參考文獻翻譯等四個主要部分。結構計算部分選取一榀框架進行手算，包括荷載、內力和配筋計算。對整個結構則采用 pkpm軟件進行配筋計算。設計全部按國 家標準，體現(xiàn)了經濟、實用、美觀、安全的原則。 關鍵詞：建筑，民用，布局 大連海洋大學本科畢業(yè)設計 普通框架結構體系住宅 —— 大連市大華錦繡華城 3 期住宅樓 2 號樓 II Abstract A building is closely bound up with people, for it provides with the necessary space to work and live in. As classified by their use , buildings are mainly of two types : industrial buildings and civil buildings .Industrial buildings are used by various factories or industrial production while civil buildings are those that are used by people for dwelling , employment , education and other social activities . Civil buildings are divided into two broad categories: residential buildings and public buildings . Residential buildings should suit family life .Each flat should consist of at least three necessary rooms : a living room ,a kitchen and a toilet . The design content includes four main parts: construction design, structure design, shop drawing and foreign article translation. The part of structure calculation involved load , internal force and reinforcing steel bar calculation, which was pleted by choosing one single frame .The total structure was calculated with the use of PKPM. The whole design is based on national standard and embodies the principle of economy, practical, beautiful and safe.
