三 江 學(xué) 院 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 題 目 某筒形零件機(jī)械加工工藝規(guī)程及工裝設(shè)計(jì) 高等職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué) 院 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 專業(yè) 學(xué)生姓名 杜劼 學(xué)號(hào) G0951520xx 指導(dǎo)教師 陳本德 職稱 高工 指導(dǎo)教師工作單位 三江學(xué)院 起訖日期 ~ 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)主要研究某筒形零件的機(jī)械制造工藝和工藝夾具設(shè)計(jì),該筒形零件 主要作用是保證對(duì)箱體起密封作用,使箱體在工作時(shí)不致讓油液滲漏。對(duì)內(nèi)表面的加工精度要求比較高 ,對(duì)配合面的表面粗糙度要求也較高。填料箱主要由填料,水封環(huán),填料筒,填料壓蓋,水封管組成。填料函的作用主要是為了封閉泵殼與泵軸之間的空隙,不讓泵內(nèi)的水流不流到外面來也不讓外面的空氣進(jìn)入到泵內(nèi)。始終保持水泵內(nèi)的真空!當(dāng)泵軸與填料摩擦產(chǎn)生熱量就要靠水封管住水到水封 圈內(nèi)使填料冷卻,保持水泵的正常運(yùn)行 [1]。 本次設(shè)計(jì)旨在提高填料箱蓋的加工效,設(shè)計(jì)正確的加工工藝路線,由此我們首先對(duì)填料箱蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)特征和工藝進(jìn)行了仔細(xì)的分析,然后確定了一套合理的加工方案,加工方案要求簡(jiǎn)單,操作方便,并能保證零件的加工質(zhì)量。填料箱蓋的加工質(zhì)量將直接影響機(jī)器的性能和使用壽命。 在制定加工工藝規(guī)程的順序共采用四大步驟進(jìn)行加工,分別是( 1) CAXA 實(shí)體設(shè)計(jì)零件的分析( 3)工藝設(shè)計(jì):包括制定工藝路線,選擇基準(zhǔn)面 ,選擇機(jī)床,機(jī)械加工余量、工序尺寸及毛坯尺寸的確定及計(jì)算基本工時(shí)等( 4)專用夾具設(shè)計(jì)。 (5)編制工藝文件 [2]。 關(guān)鍵詞: 筒形零件 ; 制造工藝 ; 夾具;設(shè)計(jì) ABSTRACT Filler lid, its main role is to ensure that the seal the box, the box will not let the oil leakage in the work. The design is aimed at improving the processing efficiency of the filler lid design correct processing routes, which we first carried out a careful analysis on the structural characteristics of the filler lid and process, and then determine a reasonable processing, processing the program requires a simple, easy to operate, and can guarantee machining quality. Processing of filler lid will directly affect the quality of performance and service life of the machine. Processing a total of four steps in order to develop a process planning are (1) CAXA entity designed ponents analysis (3) process design: including the development of a process route, select the reference plane, select the tools, machining allowances, process size and rough determination of the dimensions and calculate the basic working hours (4) special fixture design.
