【正文】 摘要 1 摘要 傳統(tǒng)的人工清罐方式在作業(yè)時(shí)因效率底、安全性能差等原因逐漸被各種自動化油罐清洗系統(tǒng)所代替。工業(yè)油罐清洗噴射槍作為油罐自動清洗系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件 ,要求結(jié)構(gòu)簡單合理 ,可靠 ,且安裝控制方便。該噴射槍機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)采用兩個成一定角度的旋轉(zhuǎn)副 ,利用旋轉(zhuǎn)副之間的夾角和速度差 ,可實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)油罐的全方位清洗 。對噴射槍噴嘴的運(yùn)動軌跡進(jìn)行了模擬仿真與分析 ,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)定噴射清洗或全方位清洗軌跡 。并將樣機(jī)應(yīng)用于實(shí)際工業(yè)油罐清洗 ,取得了良好的社會效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 關(guān)鍵詞 :噴射槍、工業(yè)油罐、全方位、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 廣東石油化工學(xué)院本科畢業(yè) (設(shè)計(jì) )論文 2 Abstract: Traditional way of artificial tank during operation due to poor efficiency, safety performance is gradually replaced by all kinds of automation of oil tank cleaning system. Industrial oil tank cleaning spray gun as the key ponent of oil tank automatic cleaning system, simple and reasonable structure, reliable, and easy installation and control. The mechanical structure design USES two spray gun at an Angle of rotation, using the rotation Angle and velocity difference between vice, which can realize the full range of industrial oil tank cleaning。 Motion trajectory of spray gun nozzle for the simulation and analysis, can achieve expected jet cleaning or prehensive cleaning trajectory。 And prototype app lcation in actual industrial oil tank cleaning, achieved good social benefits and economic benefits.
