【正文】 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)報告書 基于生命周期理論下的舊房改造對策 學(xué)生姓名 王瑋 所屬專業(yè) 藝術(shù)系 所在班級 環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)六班 申請學(xué)位 文學(xué) 指導(dǎo)老師 于洋 副指導(dǎo)老師 答辯時間 20xx 年 4 月 梧州學(xué)院 學(xué)士學(xué)位論文原創(chuàng)性聲明 本人鄭重聲明：所呈交的論文是本人在導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下獨(dú)立進(jìn)行研究所取得的研究成果。除了文中特別加以標(biāo)注引用的內(nèi)容之外，本論文不包含任何其他個人或集體已經(jīng)發(fā)表或撰寫的成果作品。對本文的研究所做出重要貢獻(xiàn)的個人和集體，均已在文中以明確方式表明。本人完全意識到本聲明 的后果由本人承擔(dān)。 論文作者簽名： 王瑋 日期： 20xx年 4月 26日 II Ⅰ 摘要 隨著我國城市化建設(shè)不斷發(fā)展，但住房問題也隨之而來。針對中國土地資源有限，住房價格居高不下的現(xiàn)狀使得購買新房成為許多人遙遙無期的夢想；因此許多人不得不放棄購置新房的計(jì)劃，選擇繼承父輩的房產(chǎn)。 但原來舊屋多建于上世紀(jì)八、九十年代，建筑結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，多數(shù)出現(xiàn)電線老化、 涂料脫落、 門窗變形、漏水、地板蟲蛀等問題，已經(jīng)影響人們的居住環(huán)境了。 因此，本課題以生命周期理論，室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)元素是“可成長”的假設(shè)，從可持續(xù)發(fā)展為的角度， 運(yùn)用動態(tài)的思維，以室內(nèi)的主要設(shè)計(jì)要素作為研究對象，以家庭生命周期階段發(fā)展為參照的路徑，經(jīng)過對家庭生命周期各個階段的主要成長特點(diǎn)分析，按照家庭生命周期發(fā)展中各個階段對室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)的需求；在符合現(xiàn)代審美、內(nèi)部質(zhì)量的前提下，提出具體的“可成長”舊房改造設(shè)計(jì)原則及對策。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 生命周期 舊房 改造 可成長 II Solutions to old houses renovation based on the life cycle theory Abstract With the development of the urbanization of our country, housing problem is ing. Due to current situation that the limitation of China’s land resources and the high housing prices, buying new houses bees a dream of a far distant future for many people。 So many people have to give up the plan to buy new houses, but choose to inherit property of their fathers. However, old houses almost built in the last eighth or ninth centuries. The old houses were built with simple structures, most of which had problems of wires aging、 paint off、 Deformation of doors and Windows、 water leakage、 worm eaten floor, etc. Thus, the subject is an assumption that interior design elements are created based on the life cycle theory. From the angle of sustainable development, using dynamic thinking and to use the main interior design elements as the researching object, developments of family life cycle stage for reference. Though analyzing the family life cycle stages of the main growth characters, and meeting the demands of interior design to family life cycle。 under the promise of meeting the standards of modern aesthetic and internal quality, putting forward the specific principles and renovations of created old housing reformation design.
