【正文】 摘 要 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計 的 是一幢住宅樓，位于威海的一棟住宅樓，占地面積為 544m2,為現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)。設(shè)計使用年限為 50 年，耐火等級 II 級，采光等級為 II 級，抗震等級為三級。 主要進行的是結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計部分 ： 一、結(jié)構(gòu)方案階段：根據(jù)建筑的重要性，建筑所在地的抗震設(shè)防烈度，工程地質(zhì)勘查報告，建筑場地的類別及建筑的功能、高度和層數(shù)來確定建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)形式，本工程采用的是鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)； 二、結(jié)構(gòu)計算階段：包括荷載計算、內(nèi)力計算和構(gòu)件計算； 三 施工圖設(shè)計階段 ： 根據(jù)上述計算結(jié)果，來最終確定構(gòu)件布置和構(gòu)件配筋以及 根據(jù)規(guī)范的要求來確定結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的構(gòu)造措施。 關(guān)鍵詞： 多層住宅；鋼筋混凝土框架；截面設(shè)計 ABSTRACT The graduation design is a residential building， The size of544 m2 Castinplace reinforced concrete frame structure， Design life of 50 years， Refractory grade II The stage of the structural design can be divided into three stages on the whole: 1.
