【正文】 濟南大學畢業(yè)設(shè)計 I 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 題 目 天津三中辦公樓設(shè)計 濟南大學畢業(yè)設(shè)計 II 摘 要 畢業(yè)設(shè)計主要進行了辦公樓的建筑設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和施工組織設(shè)計。在設(shè)計過程中嚴格執(zhí)行了相關(guān)的規(guī)范和規(guī)定。 建筑設(shè)計部分，根據(jù)設(shè)計任務(wù)書的要求，進行了建筑總平面、立面和剖面圖的設(shè)計和建筑方案設(shè)計以及設(shè)計說明等；根據(jù)主要功能房間以及輔助房間面積和使用要求確定房間的開間和進深以及平面布置、門窗大小及位置的確定；水平和垂直交通聯(lián)系的設(shè)計，滿足了防火要求； 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 部分， 密切結(jié)合建筑設(shè)計進行了結(jié)構(gòu)總體布置，確定結(jié)構(gòu)形式、結(jié)構(gòu) 材料，使建筑物具有良好的造型和合理的傳力路線；通過計算解決了結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性、適用性、耐久性，確定了結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)造措施。 施工組織設(shè)計針對工程的復雜性，對工程項目進行統(tǒng)籌安排與系統(tǒng)管理。實現(xiàn)項目建設(shè)計劃和設(shè)計的要求，提供各階段施工準備工作內(nèi)容，對人力、資金、材料、機械和施工方案等進行科學合理的安排，以確保工程建設(shè)的順利開展和完成。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 建筑設(shè)計 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 裝飾布置 濟南大學畢業(yè)設(shè)計 III ABSTRACT The graduation project mainly carried on the traveling Vocational middle school to synthesize the building the architectural design, the structural design and the construction anization plan. Has fulfiled exactly the related standard and the stipulation in the design process. The construction project design part, according to the design project description39。s request, carried on has constructed the total plane, the vertical surface and the sectional drawing design and the construction project design as well as the design notes and so on。 Determine the room according to the major function room as well as the service area and the operation requirements the standard width and the depth as well as the plane layout, the windows and doors size and the position determination。 Horizontal and vertical transportation relation design, has satisfied the fire protection request。 The structural design part, unified the architectural design to carry on the structure general arrangement closely, the definite structural style, the structural material, enabled the building to have the good modeling and the reasonable power transmission route The construction anization plan in view of the project plexity, carries on the overall plan arrangement and the system administration to the engineering project. Realizes request which the project construction plans and designs, provides various stages construction preparatory work content, to the manpower, the fund, the material, the machinery and the plan of construction and so on carries on the science reasonable arrangement, guaranteed that engineering construction39。s smooth development and pletes.
