Make the injection molding technological procedure correctly and the design of injection mold reasonable, to ensure the products with lower cost and higher economic efficiency. The paper presents hot runner injection mold design, Discusses the application of CAD puteraided design, determines the methods of plastic mold design methods and processes, Introduces the structure of Injection Mould and working principles. Firstly, according to the cover of the nominal injection, choose the size of injection machine initially. Secondly, making design of the injection mold, choose the forming scheme。 determine the overall structure of the cavity, making design of the gate, flow, heating systems, exhaust structure etc. Thirdly, making design of the size of the Forming part: Making design of the size of the Die, punch, a core, determine the size of the mold. By using the straight guide pillar to guide, through the push rod to squeeze material and use the roof plate for the pletion of the Stripping. Finally, by using the soft of AUTOCAD and Pro / E to draw the mold assembly drawing and detail drawing, Check the requirements of injection machine, determine the injection machine reasonability.
